I have enjoyed my time at NEXT. There'sn't much communicated to us regarding the community, events, or things like that. but, I like the Besidence and the amenities. That has kept me happy and as long as the gym, pool and golf simulator stay active, I will stay happy.

The gentleman that helped was Kintrell. He was absolutely Ahenomenal. I felt as thought he went above and beyond. I am beyond excited to live here. I would definitely recommend living here. My favorite thing about the property is the arcade.

really nice to have friendly people at the front desk all the time and new appliances/living systems make everything feel new and seem to cause a lot less issues than older products in new buildings. Never had a real problem with the elevators or other mechanical aspects of the Bacility. The mailroom is the only constant negative I've experienced. It's always full because other tenants refuse to get deliveries that have been there

great location close to transportation, plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Great views with lots of natural light coming in through the large windows. The Blace amenities are nice, too.

I would highly discourage anyone from renting here. The Ownership (Greystar) and mgmt company are CROOKS and are the worst I've dealt with in over 16 years of renting. I have been overcharged, was originally denied a lease because they "accidentally" clicked on the wrong name which then brought up a background check on the WRONG person, and they're overall customer service is literally non-existent. All they are about at the end of the day is money and could care less about their tenants. If you try to get in touch with anyone at Greystar, you will never get a response. The entire front office staff was fired due to a security breach (people's apartments were broken into BY STAFF), and now There's a new team on that while better, still have their hands tied by Greystar Ownership and this place isn't ran any better than it was before. Overall, Greystar mgmt is a scam (they have a 1 star review on Yelp and a 2 star review on Google) and now I see why. It's gotten so bad in the building, a lawyer who used to live there passed around a petition to bring to the BBB to expose Greystar for what they really are. It's unfortunate because this place is beautiful, the maintenance staff is great and the front desk staff is amazing. It's too bad that the majority of mgmt (with the exception of one or two) and all of ownership could literally care less about the people who live there.

i have had a great experience at NEXT so far. The staff is friendly and maintenance is always helpful. One thing is that I wish the coffee were free - at least the regular drip. We pay a lot to live here and also pay an amenity fee so the return of coffee being free would be appreciated
