The apartment building is incredible. The staff that work the front desk and support the building are the nicest people. However, the management of the leasing office is unprofessional and nonexistent. All of the nice people in the building cannot help you once you sign your initial lease. The management company is impossible to reach, does not respond to emails. Gives falls quotes when you try to renew your lease. Will not answer emails or respond to phone calls. They will increase price for no reason while the overall building quality and living conditions have decreased. They will do construction in the building with no warning. I want to keep living in the community but the management of the building is driving me away

only one pool cue. gym needs a big update and expansion. clean hallways. not crazy about the application fee. tenants dont collapse recycling boxes. not much use of arcade or lounge but a lot of gym usage. I wish the hot tub was open year round

The management and maintenance team here are top notch, they took care of any issues in a timely manner. The facilities and amenities always clean and well maintained. The front desk concierge are extremely helpful, polite, and attentive to the residents. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Please get rid of the scanner on the elevators. I understand it is a safety measure, but residents already have to scan through the doors to get to the elevators. Getting rid of the scanner would allow for delivery people to go up and deliver food to resident's doors and guests would be able to come right up without having to get retrieved or let up by door staff.

I'm new to the building but so far majority of the residents and all of the staff have been extremely nice, helpful and welcoming and love all the dogs. I would highly recommend this building to community minded and dog loving prospective residents.

I put 4/5 starts for noise because the pool can get a bit crowded and loud on the weekends, I don’t think people should be allowed to bring those big speakers. Other people can barely talk to one another. Other than that the community is pretty quiet / building apartments do a good job of keeping sound out.

Nice building, friendly residents, professional and responsive building management staff, top amenities, close proximity to public transport and essential services, overall I am very pleased with living at next apartment and I am proud to call it home!

The apartments have great space utilization so that even the smaller spaces feel larger. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. Next has the best concierges. They are friendly and fantastic at all they do.

NEXT is a great building that is very clean and has so many amenities. It is very dog-friendly and has a big field next door that the dogs can all play at. Building is very quiet and has all new appliances. Would definitely recommend this building.

The staff and maintenance at the building are incredible. My only complaint is for the residents who allow their dogs to urinate on the sidewalk and area right in front of the building- find some grass
