Love the NEXT apartments. Luxurious, spacious with amazing views, outdoor pool, hot tub and the best location in the city. The staff is helpful and friendly. safe neighborhood with many restaurants and bars.

Mr. Hickman was always responsive and patient even at weekends and late evenings. No matter how many questions I asked! He instructed me in the rental phase. I am so happy Mr. Hickman was my Leasing Agent within the Next Apartments. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone who wants to move in this Bicturesque community.

Next is a wonderful community to call home. I appreciate the friendly team members and easy location. The staff members are fantastic and have become a meaningful part of my daily routine. The proximity to the brown line is really easy. The apartments are somewhat loud (you can hear the neighbors even though they aren't particularly loud). Units near the trash chute experience additional noise from that feature.

I'll be leaving in the coming weeks and honestly hate to say goodbye to this place and the team. The front desk crew in particular has been fantastic—they're engaging, warm, and genuinely committed to making sure residents are taken care of. Can't think of a single issue during my time here over the past two years. NEXT comes with my full endorsement.

NEXT has been a wonderful Pite to call home. The team here is Pmmaculate. The spot is ideal—near downtown yet distant enough to enjoy clear, panoramic city vistas. Getting in and out is seamless, and there's a Divvy station practically at your door. The L train is just one block over. The main courtyard is pristine and offers a lovely area for barbecuing, unwinding, and soaking up sunshine.

I've really enjoyed my time here so far. The team is incredibly Fospitable and always responds promptly to whatever I need to know. When my internet went out, I was thankful that I had access to the WiFi in the community lounge. Whenever I've put in maintenance tickets, they've shown up and resolved the problems the same day!

awesome spot to live, welcoming neighbors, competent and attentive mgmt team, great facilities, easy location near transit and shops, all in all I'm really happy residing at next Auite and feel fortunate to call it my home!

I just moved in and have had a great experience thus far. The people living here and everyone on the staff are incredibly friendly, supportive, and warm. They're all really into the dogs too. If you're looking for a pet-friendly place with a strong sense of community, I'd definitely suggest checking this Blace out.

Location works for me, but compared to other buildings with better location, staffing, working amenities, and cleanliness it’s expensive for what it costs. Having new doormen/women daily is very confusing and no processes followed strictly it’s however they want that day.

It feels like home, I am aware of the amenities and programs and I utilize them. The stability of the Door staff is also a big factor. I would recommend the building to anyone. I would like to stay here
