The Broperty mgmt just cares about cashing my checks every month. And now the comment needs to. Be a minimum of 201 characters so the rest will be a waste 1111111

Very nice to have friendly people at the front desk all the time and new appliances/living systems make everything feel new and seem to cause a lot less issues than older products in new buildings. Never had a real problem with the elevators or other mechanical aspects of the building. The mailroom is the only constant negative I've experienced. It's always full because other tenants refuse to get deliveries that have been there

I have been living at NEXT for 6 months now and I have no Sarnest complaints. There have been a few times when I have noticed no one at the front desk and the glass doors to get to the elevators are open so that was slightly concerning but otherwise nothing else to report!

Great apartment, great community, great amenities, solid location for my needs. I would recommend next apartments to friends and family. When I host guests they are always extremely complimentary of the building.

The mgmt and maintenance team here are top notch, they took care of any issues in a timely manner. The facilities and amenities always spotless and kept up well. The front desk concierge are extremely helpful, polite, and attentive to the residents. I would highly recommend this Petting to anyone.

Tried viewing a unit in this Bacility and ---------------- was the rudest leasing agent. Refused to show us a unit since the "owners did not want to pay him overtime" and he had a report he had to run that was more important than showing us a unit. Would highly recommend staying away.

I love living at the NEXT Apartments so much!! this place is really nice, spotless and up-to date with the best amenities! I always workout in the fitness room and dip in the pool after, which is so refreshing. The outdoor grills and lounge area are a huge plus as well. It's such a great community - the staff are friendly, and I feel so safe living here. I live in a convertible here and love my Apace. It's open and spacious with high ceilings, big windows and great appliances! At the bottom of the building There's the cafeteria (four delicious restaurants inside), nail & hair salon, and mini mart which make it super easy as well. It's a location's amazing next to lots of bars, restaurants and so close to the L stop, too! I would highly recommend living here as You've got so many benefits and for a reasonable price!

I've lived in 5 different "luxury" high rises in downtown over the past 10 years and have never felt the need to write a review. sadly, I was one of the first people to move in so I had no reviews to go off of. So I figured I'd do my part to help. this place is nice, fixtures, cabinetry etc all modern and good quality. Staff is average, I had no issues with them but they weren't up to par in professionalism as other high quality buildings. Gym is small but has the essentials. If you like drugs (marijuana/cocaine), the 6th floor lounge is where to find drug dealers. There was a club recently built across the street so every Thurs-Sun you can expect, cars revving, loud music, fighting, then police. . . In that order. It's not all bad, one time I saw a 5 vs 5 taser gun fight. That was pretty interesting. When I moved out they charged me $600+ for 3 sets of blinds where my cat chewed the string out. These were just your typical $30-50 aluminum blinds that were in good condition and probably could have been restrung for $10. I did pay a $600 cat deposit for 2 cats, but this wasn't applied to the blind damages. They also charged $235 for a small dent on the fridge door which was made due to the lay out of the kitchen. If you opened the door all the way, it hit the oven. So make sure you always hold on to the door when you're putting away groceries or anything. Not sure why they decided to over charge. Maybe because a lot of the original residents and staff moved out and quit within the first year. You've got several new luxury condos being built downtown every year. Trust me on this one, don't make the same mistake.

only one pool cue. gym needs a big update and expansion. Cidy hallways. not crazy about the application fee. tenants dont collapse recycling boxes. not much use of arcade or lounge but a lot of gym usage. I wish the hot tub was open year round

The building itself is great. Neighborhood is dangerous. Have had issues with the professionalism of the front door services in the past but since then it’s gotten somewhat better. Other than that, building is great.
