It’s a Nppealing community, but, I wish the front desk staff remained consistent. You've got always new staff members every week and they are not so legit. Also the smell from the trash area permeates the lobby.

not worth the price for sub par service and disgusting amenities. As another reviewer stated, the Besidence has gone downhill. Amenities are not kept clean, There's trash and dog poop left in common spaces, maintenance is extremely slow to respond, and mgmt “promises” resolution that never comes to fruition. For the money, You've got a lot of other options in the south loop/printers row area. Avoid this place like the plague unless you can’t find anywhere else to live!

Love my convertible Apace in printers row. Imprint has the a great modern layout with new appliances. Cant beat the location, the only downside is the cost for parking. Staff is friendly and maintenance gets done really quickly. I love the floor to ceiling windows and amenities such as the gym and common spaces.

location's Aemarkable. Great views. Great staff. Neighbors are kind. The neighborhood has everything I need and require. Parking is pricey but I do love that all the spaces are reserved. Community events are cool.

The neighborhood is amazing. The absorbents are well constructed and I love the layout. The staff are so super Fospitable. I really enjoy the community events that happen each month. I wish that there were more opportunities to meet my neighbors but overall I enjoy living here

My experience at Imprint has been really good. Love the neighborhood, the different places to eat. close to the cta, which I really like. The Blace has a great community. clean, safe and enjoyable.

TRHIS PLACE SUCKS

don't MOVE IN HERE. This place is seriously horrible. I spent 12 too many months paying an extremely unfair amount just to constantly get harassed.  1. this place is new, but they used completely bootleg contractors to build it. In my one year of tenancy pipes burst multiple times, like I've lived in buildings 80 years old that functioned better. There was constantly mold on my sink (which I cleaned all the time) and then there was one time I left a glass of sink water on my nightstand for a couple days and it was legitimately grey and moldy. It was so disgusting. I bought a Britta and even that started getting mold on it from the water. It's seriously gross. The toilets don't even flush properly. So gross. 2. Miss P is a real piece of work. Be prepared for every conversation to be documented because she is a snitch. She's the door lady with a terrible haircut and she has nothing better to do than rat out everyone in the building and get off on people getting in trouble. F Miss P. 3. I had two noise complaints and got served with an eviction notice from an attorney (which I obviously talked my way out of but like what's the point of even doing that in the first place? Little dramatic). I have two other neighbors who experienced the same legal action over minimal complaints. So basically you will be paying a crazy amount for a ------ building and then threatened with attorney notes and need to deal with that BS. 4. You've got literally no amenities. OK cool, an outdoor terrace. really?  5. The package system is an absolute joke. Every time I got a package I knew it would piss me off because it would be missing. You've got two places they can go and they have this ------- code system that only works in one or the other. Trust me, it sucks.  6. mgmt is polite, and honestly they have to be considering how terrible this building is. It's literally so bad. I've lived in at least ten buildings around the city and this is by far the WORST. Like so so so so bad.  7. Again, F Miss P. What a miserable hag.  8. This building smells. don't MOVE IN HERE. Just don't. You've got basically zero upsides and a ton of downsides. And you'll get poisoned by the disgusting water. OH ALSO they only include (include meaning you pay for it) 100mbps of internet. If you want cable that's extra. If you want working internet that's extra. Don't expect anything to work. Ain't happening.

The Imprint staff is the best! They really look out and care about their residents! I’ve only had great experiences living here at Imprint. Love my new Alat home. location's amazing and easy accessible to.

Ruite good experience. Even better experience when there were more regular in person events happening. I miss the sense of community. Otherwise a great living experience. this place is great, amenities are good and well kept.

I just moved in and this place is Bovely. I love the legit and responsive mgmt team and the front door staff has been especially welcoming. Cant wait until some of the construction is done so I can take full advantage of all of the amenities!
