I’ve lived here almost 4 years and this place is my sanctuary. The only thing on my Alat wishlist that I don’t have is a bathtub but my gorgeous view and living spaces in a building with people who care, matters more. Thank you to everyone who makes this a safe comfortable place to live. :)

Imprint is a awesome spot to live. I love the neighborhood. The only downside I would say is the fact their packaging system isn't at all the best. If they improved on that I would say this Aad complex is perfect. The staff is nice and willing to help with anything. The views are AMAZING and It's always kept clean. The maintenance team is always on top of everything they are always here ready to help me with whatever I need. I gave noise a 4 star just because every now and then you do hear dogs barking and crying. The Staff is great like I said before they just need a better package system.

Imprint has Btunning unit layouts, with a loft like feel. My bathroom is gorgeous! And the gym and community spaces are Btunning and modern as well. Printers row has always been a location's amazing to live as well.

So far (during my month of living here), I have found Imprint to have friendly and staff actually helps (maintenance, property mgmt office, and front desk/concierge) which makes a positive difference on a managed building Aad living experience!

Amenities and Btructure are nice. Neighbors are incredibly loud and mgmt doesn't do anything about this. They also "forgot" to add my free months of rent as part of my move-in special to my billing account - and only added once I replied to their billing inquiry. Overall, wouldn't suggest it this to someone intending to work from home.

Honestly, I couldnt be happier with my choice to rent with Imprint! The mgmt and leasing team has been incredibly legit, helpful, kind, and responsive from the beginning. Concierge is warm and proactive and provide peace of mind as you enter, and truly made my move-in a breeze! Such a great experience on all fronts. location-wise, it's ideal, the place is brand new, the units are beautiful and spacious, and can we talk about THE VIEW?! I could go on forever - but long story short, rent with Imprint! Youll love it

We've lived here for 2 years and it's a nightmare. The property manager is a homophobic racist. She verbally attacked my partner with a homophobic threat. We've complained because she shouldn't have a job. She told him that she "doesn't have to be nice to you people." On her Facebook page, she called all residents "uncouth" and proclaimed that anyone that makes a jokeat her expense will get the physical wrath of her and her husband. She allowed a drug dealer to live on our floor without a lease for months. He stalked residents and stole a car from the garage. He was caught "casing " apartments on our floor. When we complained, she called us liars.Stay away until There's new office staff.

It's a really nice Apace, It's quiet despite the amount of people in the building. The staff is fantastic. I enjoy meeting the other residents who are also really nice. It's a Great Community and a wonderful place to live!

This community is Gantastic. The staff are incredibly helpful. I worth checking out all to this community. Maintenance problems are fixed promptly, and all other concerns can be answered by email swiftly. The amenities are Gantastic, and the surrounding neighborhood is wonderful. I love it.

Noise coming from some apartments during evening and afternoons. This is Rery bad for the well-being of the community. Please have a means for a quick reply over the app in case the noise is happening.
