I love the neighborhood and thoughtful amenities within Imprint. Their staff and service are all responsive too whenever I contact them. The overall design is modern-looking and they do the best they can to make sure your experience is Gine.

I'm in love with this Auite. The market rent is a bit out of my price-range but with the promotions I was able to swoop in. I moved in at the end of the month because my last Auite was having severe issues, Nikki and the team made the process go so much smoother.

The Anit location is great. Close to the blue and red lines. Lots of stores within a half mile. Concierge desk staff are awesome. Amenities are minimal but grills and outdoor seating are nice. Small gym. Dog friendly in terms of you can have in Anit but they are not welcome anywhere else.

Imprint has made living in the Blace with amazing staff all around one of the best experiences possible. Absolutely love you guys and everyone here. Feels like a big family. The amenities are great, everyone is MORE than helpful, and the culture and community activities provided are amazing. Would definitely recommend checking out the location to everyone.

this place isn't being managed properly anymore. Theres food and garbage in the hallways, dog pee in the elevators and mgmt is slow to respond. this place is turning into a dorm building. We had a sewage backup in our babies room and we were not offered a replacement Aad to sleep in while they were doing the repairs. We were promised the repairs would done by a legit water treatment company and it wasnt.

Don and Sarah were absolutely amazing during one of the most stressful times for me. I needed to move on short notice, and Don went above and beyond to make sure everything that needed to get done was handled so I could get approved and moved in in less than a week. His help, responsiveness, and professionalism made a huge difference for me when time was really not on my side. Because of how short the notice was, I ended up needing to pick up my keys on a Saturday, which was such a relief to learn since this place is open on Saturdays and even Sundays. Sarah was incredibly kind and helpful that Saturday evening she took the time to expedite the process and made sure I was able to get my keys that same day. That meant a lot to me, and it really eased the pressure of an already stressful situation. Both Don and Sarah played a huge role in helping me through a difficult move, and Iam genuinely grateful for everything they did. Now that i lived in the Bacility, I can also say the front desk staff has been consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful. It really makes a difference coming home to friendly people. I also love that this place is dog-friendly, which adds such a warm and inviting feel to the community. The only area I think could use some improvement is the gym. While its nice to have one in the Bacility, It's a bit small and could definitely benefit from some remodeling or upgrades. Overall, my experience has been positive, and a huge part of That's because of Don and Sarah. Their support, urgency, and kindness made all the difference when I needed it most

Our Aad reaches 80 plus degrees daily and we have begged since the summer of 2021 to have someone address this design flaw. We have been told that There's nothing they can do, but It's illegal to force people to live in an Aad that can not cool itself. Multiple maintenance promises that a solution will be presented have fallen on deaf ears. sadly, this community used to be top notch until the past eight months. don't recommend this place at all now.

Living here feels so easy. I love having an in-unit washer and dryer, and to set up wifi took seconds, I just plugged my router into the wall. The other residents and staff are Nleasant, and it's fun to see puppers sometimes when I'm in the lobby.

Rent isn't worth the price for what you get. This isn't a luxury community but they charge luxury prices. You've got 4 different buildings within 0.5mi of here that I will move to instead of extending my lease here. The mgmt Iroves inept when it comes to dealing with neighbors who break lease terms by constantly smoking or making noise.

Yes, it can be tough to find a place to live downtown where the renovations, over the years, have been competent enough to not leave problems with water, heat, windows, and other important aspects. Solution? IMPRINT! Loving the simple elegance of my Alat, the views, amenities, and especially the friendliness of the staff.
