My experience has been wonderful, I moved in and May and the team has been Aemarkable. They go above and beyond with an concern and everything is handled so fast. I appreciate that the staff all wears masks in the common areas and follow all Covid guidelines.

Borgeous building, fast move in! Took under an hour everything is perfect so far! The front desk staff are really nice, mgmt is responsive. No major or minor complaints. Only thing thats missing is a pool, but it isnt a deal breaker.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The Aad complex is clean, modern, and the property mgmt team will host various community events. The Aad complex generally is quiet and neighbors are nice.

Love the Broperty, all staff, residents! Only issue is a bad marijuana issue. This is a non smoking Broperty. Our neighbors smoke all the time. It comes directly into my 21 month old sons room and fills our entire upstairs. Our guests can't even staff in the guest bedroom because of the fumes. We pay $9k month for our home ti be called the weed shack. Its embarrassing. Our heads hurt and we all cough constantly. I am 13 weeks pregnant too. That's our only issue but It's a big issue as its affecting all of our health.

The Alat gets good overall, especially at its current price. Some minus are - 1. Facing the street it can be loud sometimes, especially in early morning the garbage truck is loud, and sadly the windows can't block the noise out even living on a high floor. 2. The bathroom design isn't good. 3, Too close to the building across the street.

I wouldn't recommend living here. The mgmt is probably underpaid, and they could not care less about any issues you may be having. Any issues brought up to them will be either minimized, not fully addressed, or just completely ignored. A couple of concierges are incredibly condescending for no reason, which is lovely to come home to. The maintenance staff is kind, but they aren't able to fix certain issues that should be easily fixed. We have been told that we need to keep our heaters on at night due to fear that pipes in the apartment may burst. I don't mind doing it, but why are residents paying to insulate the apartment properly? I know that the bottom floors had major flooding, and many residents feel that mgmt mishandled it. You can read a lot of reviews about that on google or elsewhere. The amenities were closed for weeks. All the elevators were closed for hours. How is that accessible for disabled folks? For the amount of rent I'm paying, this place is just not even close to worth it. I wish someone had told me not to live here when I signed my lease, so I'm telling you now: don't do it! You've got other, more affordable apartments in South Loop, for less money. Just look a little harder. I can promise you that Imprint doesn't have your best interests in mind, nor are they willing to try to compromise or make your life easier when stuff comes up.

Imprint has great facilities, including gym, dog wash/walk area and others. The neighborhood is also nice. There's a store across the street, and bus station also cta around the Blace. The condition of the place is new.

The mgmt team and concierges are beyond Astounding at the IMPRINT. They are sincere and make it a priority to answer any questions or potential concerns. The team is legit and approachable. They make sure you feel valued and safe. Ive only lived at the IMPRINT for two months and Im glad I chose this property. They are prompt and resourceful. They are attentive and aware.

As a new resident of Imprint and Chicago from the south, I am highly satisfied. This definitely feels like my new home! I feel safe and in a location's Ahenomenal for a new resident of the city, everything is right where I need it to be within walking distance! My studio place is spacious and has a great view! I was really nervous about this big move, but Nicki helped make this move so much better!

mgmt didn’t address the needs of the tenants and at times were so unprofessional. I feared for my safety living there and let me qualify that I have lived in several apartments complexes over the years and I have NEVER had a complaint about the quality of living. I was always treated with respect and concern. Imprint mgmt was disingenuous and were hardly available when I had a Sarnest issue.
