Great place to live. Good neighborhood with lots to do nearby and good restaurants. Short walk to the lake. Studios are the perfect size for 1 person. Offer rewards programs for workout classes and restaurants around the city.

Living in a Reside property has been overall very pleasant. Grateful for the maintenance team who keeps everything very tidy in the lobby area. Our apartment has great appliances and modern cabinets and the paint and carpet was new upon move in. The bathroom tile, tile throughout the public areas, and the community artwork could be updated, but that is all cosmetic and not a major issue. The carpet and paint in the hallways have all been updated recently which was a nice upgrade! Definitely feel safe in the area and building. Wish the washing machines were cleaned (disinfected) regularly. While the bike/storage room is a nice perk, it needs to be thoroughly cleaned as well (saw an active leak and there may be black mold which might be dangerous.)

It went very smoothly. We were able to get everything moved in without any issues. The elevator was our biggest concern because it is a passenger elevator, but it was fine! We do wish we could have pulled the uhaul up further, but thats okay

Very good place to live and very enjoyable. It is nice to live in a building that feels safe and secure. Apartment #406 is extremely noisy, but other then that, living here is a positive experience. The apartments are beautiful.

The staff is very helpful. I had a maintenance issue and it was fixed within a couple of days. The residents portal is a very effective way of communication. The community is well organized and lots of social and sport events are arranged throughout the year. The cleanness of halls and stairs can be improved.

It's a mixed bag. Great location, spacious apartments, and rent isn't overly expensive for the neighborhood. But there always seems to be something minor going on that's annoying like broken laundry machines, or the heat/AC isn't right, or the hallways don't smell great because the air freshener needs to be replaced.

Only go to Reside 2727 if you spend more time outside of your apartment than inside, like traveling a lot for work. It's very affordable for the location and there's a great system for delivery service and letting people into your place.

Very clean, and generally well maintained community. I am a first floor resident and still am rarely bothered by noise from outdoors. Absolutely love the updated amenities, especially touches such as a dishwasher in s studio apartment. Would definitely live in a reside building again.

I did not use this service. I used Google to search to find a place with my girlfriend since she was in South America when we needed to find a place ASAP. As I was the one in-person looking, it was a challenge since the apartment was a mess.

My experience has been great - scheduling to view the apartments was easy, the property manager was responsive to my questions, and my large dog is welcome here. Off-street parking is readily available, as well! When I turned in my move-in inspection form, I noted that a closet door was tough to close. A service request was put in and it was fixed the next day. Neighbors all seem respectful and have been pleasant to interact with.
