Tenant Reviews for 2727 N PINE GROVE AVE

Reside at 2727 is a great building to live in. It's visually appealing from the outside and welcoming on the inside. My unit is equipped with dark wood and an accent wall, along with an updated kitchen that is aesthetically pleasing. The laundry facilities are up to date and not outrageously priced. The mailroom is off to the side, which provides more security for when packages are dropped off. I enjoy living at Reside 2727!

So far I am not impressed with the management communication style at the facility. I would expect a more pleasent experience when it comes to details of moving in and signing an expensive and comitted contract. One individual with feeling of power and control to an excess was a rather uneasy experience.
