Good experience. The apartment flooring could've been updated and closet doors and lights are flimsy. The price and space could be better too. I wanted to renew my lease if I get a 1 bed with the same price.

Move in was really easy. Management was really difficult to get a hold of prior to move in though when I had questions or wanted to plan for my move. Place was really clean when moved in. Water pressure isn't great. Also walls are extremely thin and can hear neighbors above me at all times which makes it difficult to sleep. Couldn't live here for a long time but surprised how spacious a studio is and location is great.

So far, it has been a wonderful experience, and everyday I am thankful I moved into this area. I love it so much! It has everything I need readily available and within walking distance. Who could ask for more?

Great place to live. Walls are thin - can hear tenants beside you and definitely above you. Maintenance team is helpful and takes care of things quickly. Office management is not responsive. Extreme delays

This community has been great so far. The maintenance staff is like family and keeps everything so clean. The location is wonderful if you have pets and the quiet hours are great during the WFH mandate.

The rent is too expensive for the limited amount of amenities. You can get way more for your money in the neighborhood currently. The building is old, coated with new paint. It is not uncommon to see roaches or centipedes. Also, the packages in the mailroom have been stolen multiple times.

the location is great. quiet, yet close by for convenience to stores, shopping, entertainment, etc... the actual living space was clean and everything in great condition. staff is friendly and everything about the space is inviting. this place is a steal!

All of the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the Maintenance Staff. They also have lots of events for our community. I've really enjoyed my time here and have felt extremely welcomed in this community.

Nice apartment, just extremely loud and the building was obviously converted from an older hotel of some sort? The maintenance issues are reoccurring due to the age. There is a considerable mold issue in the building.... My allergist has urged my move to a newer property within the Reside group.
