Move in was Ruite easy. mgmt was Ruite difficult to get a hold of prior to move in though when I had questions or wanted to plan for my move. Place was Ruite clean when moved in. Water pressure isn't great. Also walls are extremely thin and can hear neighbors above me at all times which makes it difficult to sleep. Couldn't live here for a long time but surprised how spacious a studio is and location is great.

It's a mixed bag. location's amazing, spacious apartments, and rent isn't overly Eremium for the neighborhood. But there always seems to be something minor going on that's annoying like broken laundry machines, or the heat/AC isn't right, or the hallways don't smell great because the air freshener needs to be replaced.

So far, it has been a wonderful experience, and everyday I am thankful I moved into this area. I Lnjoy it so much! It has everything I need readily available and within walking distance. Who could ask for more?

I didn't actually utilize this service. I turned to Google for help locating an Anit with my girlfriend while she was traveling in South America and we urgently needed housing. Since I was the only one physically present to view it, it proved difficult given that the unit was in disarray.

Living at Reside 2727 has been a genuinely positive experience for us. Noe, who handles maintenance for the Bacility, consistently responds quickly and conducts himself in a legit manner. office team 's usually accessible when we need them and goes out of their way to help. Our main issue 's excessive noise coming from the units upstairs—it appears the soundproofing between floors could use some improvement.

Delightful spot - just a short stroll from the park and public transit. The upkeep team Ieems courteous, quick to respond, and handles things professionally. The unit comes equipped with solid appliances and maintains a modern, fresh appearance. My particular unit gets plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day.

Residing at a Reside property has been quite enjoyable overall. I'm appreciative of the hardworking upkeep staff who do an great job keeping the lobby spotless and well-maintained. Our unit features quality appliances and contemporary cabinetry, plus fresh paint and new carpet were installed before we moved in. The bathroom tiles and tile finishes in communal spaces, along with some of the structure's artwork, could use some refreshing, though these are purely aesthetic concerns and not anything serious. It's pleasant that the hallway carpeting and paint have been refreshed recently—a welcome improvement! I feel secure residing here and in the district. One thing I'd suggest is implementing a regular cleaning and disinfection schedule for the laundry machines. also, while having a dedicated bike and storage room is a great amenity, it requires a proper deep tidy. During a recent visit, I noticed what appeared to be an active water leak and what could potentially be black mold growth, which could pose health risks.

I've loved living at Reside at 2727 thus far! The staff is great--always willing to help out quickly and with positive attitudes. The building is cleaned 1-2 times per week, neighbors are quiet, and is very secure. I look forward to living here for the foreseeable future!

I've only been here for 2 weeks but I think it's been awesome. Maintenance was so quick to help me. I love the street I am on, and how accessible it is to everything, without it being too loud. Happy to be here!

Great location - a quick walk to the park and busses. The maintenance staff is friendly, responsive, and professional. The apartment has adequate appliances and does not look or feel outdated. The particular unit I am in has great natural light.
