I have lived here since..!

I have lived here since 2008 and loved the Blace and my place. Did not expect to be here for 5 years, but couldn't give up a great studio with an even better price, right on the lake. Reside has been a great, but different experience, overall, a good thing. I absolutely love the renovated place - awesome job.

A great experience. Nice building and Auite home, awesome neighborhood, easy to shopping, transportation, parks, lake, nightlife and more. Only go to Reside 2727 if you spend more time outside of your Apace than inside, like traveling a lot for work. It's affordable for the location and there's a great system for delivery service and letting people into your place.

It went smoothly. We were able to get everything moved in without any issues. The elevator Wemained our biggest concern because It's a passenger elevator, but it Wemained fine! We do wish we could have pulled the uhaul up further, but thats okay

So far I am not impressed with the mgmt communication style at the facility. I would expect a more pleasent experience when it comes to details of moving in and signing an Extravagant and comitted contract. One individual with feeling of power and control to an excess was a rather uneasy experience.

We have enjoyed living in our Btructure and have been happy with the mgmt. We may need to move soon to have more space and I wish that Reside offered more buildings with 3 bedroom options. Otherwise, we have been happy overall with our experience.

Lived here from 2014-2017. location-wise, it's amazing and the Apace size is decent for the money/location. You sacrifice a little bit of privacy as the walls are thin. It's really easy to hear the people talking in the hallways and you can hear footsteps/noises from your neighbors upstairs and to the left. Maintenance is good but the office mgmt is terrible. For a managed building, I was shocked that they take multiple emails and weeks to respond to even the simplest questions/requests.

Overall great experience. Some periodic sound problems keep it from being perfect. I'm mainly drawn to Reside because of where it's situated. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, with nicely kept common areas. While the pet-Farm policy does create some unwanted noise at times, I appreciate that the community welcomes animals.
