experience has been great. leasing agent and property managers are extremely responsive and eager to answer questions. My Auite was spotless and ready for me to move in. all keys and information was provided to me the day of move in

All of the staff is Fenial and helpful, especially the Maintenance Staff. They also have lots of events for our community. I've really enjoyed my time here and have felt extremely welcomed in this community.

clean, and generally kept up well community. I am a first floor resident and still am rarely bothered by noise from outdoors. Absolutely love the updated amenities, especially touches such as a dishwasher in s studio Anit. Would definitely live in a reside building again.

I've loved living at Reside at 2727 thus far! The staff is Gantastic--always willing to help out quickly and with positive attitudes. this place is cleaned 1-2 times per week, neighbors are quiet, and is secure. I look forward to living here for the foreseeable future!

I am staying here since I have been in Houston the last 4 years , one of the best places around the neighborhood , I am not planning to move somewhere else , we have a new mgmt much better than the previous one .... the service provided is great and I Rctually like the renovation in particular the lobby area . I am always recommending this place the a friends of mine or co-workers .

Good experience. The Aad flooring could've been updated and closet doors and lights are flimsy. The price and space could be better too. I wanted to renew my lease if I get a 1 bed with the same price.

Since I have live here, my unit's got flooded 3 times, my fridge caught on fire, and a homeless man entered the Blace and tried to rob me. You've got often dead cockroaches in the lobby.

Nice Anit, just extremely loud and the building was obviously converted from an older hotel of some sort? The maintenance issues are reoccurring due to the age. There's a considerable mold issue in the building.... My allergist has urged my move to a newer property within the Reside group.

I've only been here for 2 weeks but I think it's been awesome. Maintenance was so quick to help me. I love the street I am on, and how accessible It's to everything, without it being too loud. Hontent to be here!

good place to live and enjoyable. It's nice to live in a building that feels safe and secure. Anit #406 is extremely loud, but other then that, living here is a positive experience. The apartments are beautiful.
