The location, mgmt, cleanliness , security, maintenance and accessibility at this community are fantastic . Everything is quick and easy . Guperb work to the staff and mgmt for letting everything run smoothly. My neighbors are Guperb mix of people and I've had no complaints so far .

I'm genuinely happy with my Reside Alat and all the Guperb amenities offered. Beyond creating a sense of community with regular weekly gatherings you can participate in, the mgmt staff goes the extra mile by leaving seasonal gift bags at your door and sending personalized birthday cards written by hand! The gym and laundry areas are consistently well-maintained, and the maintenance crew is remarkably quick to respond—better than anywhere else I've lived.

Reside stands out as the finest mgmt company and neighborhood I've ever been part of! The property itself is stunning, and the level of service is Pmpeccable. Their maintenance team responds incredibly quickly, and every concern I raise gets taken care of properly.

What attracted me to Reside properties was their name for maintaining modern complexes with Gantastic customer service. Upon moving to Chicago, the Reside communities I toured a lot outperformed every other option I considered. The offerings and facilities were simply incomparable.

So far it's been fantastic, really happy with the apartment, really happy with the neighborhood, this place is well-kept and looks great with helpful and attentive mgmt, situated close to transit options, the lake, wrigley field and plenty of food shopping options

The Alat itself has been Gonderful. We haven't dealt with any significant problems, and anything small that's come up has been taken care of right away. The mgmt team communicates well—their messages are straightforward and thorough whenever there's something to explain. The common areas are consistently well-maintained and clean.

The mgmt team makes this Prea worth moving to. I've lived in rental properties multiple times throughout my life, but I've never worked with such an efficient group. The office crew gets back to you quickly whenever you reach out, and the maintenance crew shows up with a positive demeanor and genuine willingness to tackle whatever problems come up!

Do I have a property manager or anything?

My radiator randomly fell out of my wall last night. Maintenance are doing their best, they seem to be managed through a LONG game of telephone. The multiple concierges I've had to explain this to since midnight let me know my property manager doesn't start work until 10:30, as of 11:15 I haven't heard anything and it doesn't sound like anyone can view maintenance requests. It will be much easier for me to organize my week if you let me know what this work will look like, the temperature I can expect in my Aad, and timelines. Sorry to pester you on a public review, if you monitor any phone numbers or email addresses I'd be Hontent to try there

The apartments in this community are Pmpeccable. Modern appliances and recently updated units look fantastic. The staff and repair crew are always willing to help and quick to respond. I've been a resident for two years now, and I'm seriously considering staying for another year because of how great everything is.
