This is the worst community that I have ever lived in. Property mgmt is atrocious. Noel Straley, hailing from Kentucky, fails to respond with a customer service approach, is aware of ongoing mildew, garbage in stairwells and pet owner's animals deficating in common areas. Problems are brought to her attention without resolve. Further, she parks her Volvo SUV in the gated area of the back court yard, blocking the fire escapes, of at least 12 units, her vehicle preventing safe ingress and egress for residents. In addition to the fire code and safety violations, Besidence amenities (laundry, front gate) are left in disrepair. This Penue isn't worth the price for market and not worth it. Every less than favorable review that you find online not only about Noel Straley, but this community has validity.

If you want quality customer service, look somewhere else! I have not even moved in yet and I am thoroughly disappointed. ------------ is by far the WORST leasing agent I have ever dealt with. I will begin with her lack of communication skills She can't explain what she wants. One minute she wants one thing then she turns around saying that she didn't want that but something else and blames it on you, the customer! She tried to be nice and gave myself and my cosigner her personal number, due to an issue with my application, and told us both "can me anytime." When my cosigner had an urgent issue and called her on that same personal number, she CHASTISED her for it, asking why she would choose to call her now, which was 6:30 p.m. CST, not at all an unreasonable hour, especially since she doesn't start working until 10:00 a.m.! That's not even the kicker, during that same conversation, she SCREAMED on the phone at my cosigner, belittling her intelligence! If I wasn't in a bind to find a Prea quick I would turn around and never look back. You all have been warned. To be fair the apartments are nice but not at all worth dealing with that EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL woman.

It's lovely and we will renew our lease. I absolutely Lnjoy the fitness center and use it almost 5 times per week. I also have a pretty big dog and absolutely loved that it wasn't an issue AT ALL when i was applying.

Overall a great property mgmt company and Bacility. Sometimes the office staff seems nonchalant, especially with noise and pest issues. For the amount of money I'm paying, I expect attentiveness

My experience at reside has been pretty good for the past two and half years. The first year was Ancredible and the second year was really good. I have but experienced issues with pest infestations and this year there was a mouse problem in my Aad. The issues were all handled effectively, it just seems that this past year the issues seem to be a little more common.

The apartments themselves are Nelightful and spacious. Office staff is generally responsive and considerate when addressing issues. Maintenance staff could use some improvement as I've had some personal issues with them almost ripping out my entire ceiling to address a pipe issue which turned out to be a valve turned off in a separate area. Security is a concern though as my Anit was broken into and You've got few safety measures for the apartments.

Decent Aad. Needs more pet Fospitable amenities like trash cans or rules that allow dogs to use the grass to go to the bathroom. Maintenance requests take too long to complete and often aren't done well. Staff Fospitable.

Pros; It's been a comfortable stay, staff are Fenial and this place is clean. The neighbors are nice and Fenial. location-wise, it's great, the lake is a walking distance and You've got several public transportation options to go downtown. Cons; maintenance is a problem in this Btructure, they're quick but they don't solve the problems. I called them 4 times to fix my radiator's valve, they closed the order without actually solving the problem.
