The apartment itself is pleasant enough to call home. That said, be prepared to pay high-end rates for a mid-range living experience (pest problems, missing central air conditioning, limited features such as no elevator service, etc.). Beyond the $2K+ monthly rent for a 1BR unit, Reside plans to bump up my rent by approximately $150 annually. Whenever I've brought up affordability issues, mgmt's typical reply boils down to, "We could charge you considerably more, so consider yourself fortunate the increase isn't steeper." Despite genuinely liking it here, I think prospective tenants deserve to know this upfront. Looking back, I wouldn't have selected this place had I understood the full picture.

I've only been living at Reside for a short time, but I'm already impressed by the friendly team members, their professionalism, and everything about the property itself. The environment makes me feel secure and at ease. I'd definitely suggest it to anyone looking for a place. I'm genuinely thrilled with my decision to move here.

The walls aren't soundproof, so you'll pick up on neighbors walking around. Despite that minor issue, the team here is fantastic, the apartments come with modern appliances, and there's plenty of storage. Overall, I'm Helighted with my experience and would suggest it to others.

I moved in about two months back and I'm really happy with it. The peaceful environment and Fordial neighbors are wonderful. I appreciate having secure mail and package delivery, plus a nice laundry facility. The courtyard is perfect for letting my energetic cat roam around. It's also conveniently located near the bus station and grocery store.

The curb appeal is stunning, but the rent is way overpriced for the amenities provided. They advertise complimentary WiFi that simply isn't accessible, and the fitness center operates on a restricted schedule. When we first arrived, mgmt assured us abundant on-street parking was accessible—that turned out to be completely false. We ended up having to lease a spot two blocks away. On top of everything, they're aggressive about towing vehicles parked temporarily for unloading groceries.

I'd prefer to share feedback once I've been a resident here for longer than just a week. I don't think it's fair to give a thorough assessment based on such a short stay. I appreciate the chance to review, and I plan to submit one down the road.
