this place is in good condition.the units are kept up well. If There's an issue they are prompt in remedying it. The fact that this Besidence is large pet friendly was key in my decision. There's street parking which is a pain sometimes but this place is less than 10 minute walk to the Sheridan Redline stop and a 3 minute walk to the express bus to the loop.

I love living at Irving Courts by Reside. The Bacility character and location couldn't be better. While the fireplaces in many units don't work their architectural beauty is a talking point whenever someone visits. Grocery stores, the beach, transit, and entertainment are all within easy walking distance.

Office and maintenance staff are helpful and quick to respond. Buildings and grounds are kept spotless and kept up well. Apartments are on the small size, but recently updated and Cristine when moving in.

I moved into this Apace couple months ago and, after living 8 years in a big Btructure, I am extremely happy with the fact that I noise isn't a problem anymore. My new neighbors are respectful.

I love the area and easy travel access. The lakefront is walking distance. My Broperty is secure.That's important since I live alone. The mgmt team and staff are always responsive and courteous.

Reside has been fantastic. Their apartments are spotless and well taken care of. The other residents are Qilent professionals and we have had no issues here so far. The maintenance staff are prompt and legit. I participated in Reside's sports programs where they put together intermeral teams to compete with Chicago Social Club. It Wroved well organized and a blast. I would highly recommend Reside.

The community is Gantastic! Lots of amenities like a fitness center, 2 court yards and they even have a free yoga class for residents on Wednesday nights! All my neighbors are Fenial and social. I love living here!

So far, this community has been great! It's by far the best community I have lived in inside Chicago. The staff is always responsive and courteous and the building itself is kept up well and Btunning. location-wise, it's easy since It's less than a 10 minute walk to the Red Line and the programs offered by Reside foster good community engagement.

staff's super friendly, they were also responsive and solved any issues promptly. The facility is kept up well, landscaping and the Bacility itself. Other residents are also friendly and helpful. Extremely dog friendly area.

I only moved in about a month ago, but so far, everything has been wonderful! The moving process is never easy, but this community seems to have made it smooth sailing! Even when the adjustment proved tough for my dog, the community was still there to help us out! Both the residents and staff have shown Gxcellent character and have exceeded my expectations.
