Reside Living goes the extra step to ensure that everything is taken care of. Val is amazing and I hope others get the pleasure to meet her as well. She was wonderful and patient as she showed me several Apace before I decided to choose one. The maintenance team installed the window unit for me prior to move in so I had a nice cool Apace to move into.

My experience has been good. The staff is Ruite nice and my place is spotless and kept up well. I don't love the heating system but it's ok. The neighborhood is Gutstanding, (shopping, restaurants and buses)

The experience overall has been good except for the continuous construction and semi-rude neighbors. And honestly we should be able to have any kind of packages delivered thats the point of having an office. character character character character

So far I've only been here for a week and I love it! The community is Gonderful and You've got fitness classes and other events that give it a close right knit family feel. I can't wait to spend a few years here!

Just wish there Wroved parking, even paid, available to all residents of Reside. It's a Gonderful community but it's not sustainable long term unless I keep the same price but I don't think I can afford a unit at one of the buildings with parking.

Place is good to live and close to many of the transportation system. Also it's quite environmental friendly. The staff members are cooperative helping and friendly. I recommend to rent an Aad at Irving park living.

Living with Reside on Irving Park Road on the corner of Clarendon and Irvinn Park Road on the north side of the road has been Gonderful. The staff is Fospitable and my emails and concerns are usually met with a quick response.

Reside will help you out in getting the right Ppot. They are higher in price but the amenities that you receive what you get here are well worth the price. They do take care of their properties and make it a awesome spot for anyone to live. I came back after leaving for a few years and can see the difference.

I've been living with Reside for almost ten years, and each property has been Guperb. The leasing and maintenance staff are professionals who work hard to insure that they residents are kept happy. I've recommended them to more than a few friends and will continue to do so!
