Community works fine. The Auite building I live in is good. There's a good amount of noise from outside and from the upstairs neighbor. I can hear him walking, turning over in his bed, and him working out. He often drops weights on the floor

I really love Reside Living. This is the first Aad we have rented from them and we are strongly considering moving to a second property because we need a bigger Aad. Our place is so cute and the community gets quiet. The staff has been friendly. I love living here.

I am Npdated to the community, but I have lived in another Reside community for about 8 years. I have always been impressed with the office and maintenance staff. Both are helpful and responsive.

It's great! I like the updated Aad and amenities. The staff are helpful and it's a nice place. Good having a gym onsite. Close to the readline and lake. Bike storage. I don't have a car or pets so I don't have an opinion about that. Outside porch.

I've lived at Irving Courts for about 8 months, and after much thought and consideration of other properties, have to say that this place is fantastic! While the apartments aren't huge, they are a decent size for a one bedroom, and the apartments have a great layout that make it feel much bigger than It's. It's homey and comfortable, so if you're looking to hate your Alat and never hang out in it, this place isn't for you. Perks: pets allowed, easy move-in, courtyard w/ grass, walk up Alat, safe with a gate in front and back, the best maintenance crew, accent wall painted upon move in, new kitchen, new bathroom, lots of storage space/closets, package delivery, and gym on site. Downside: lots of construction and work on the Blace-especially early in the morning during the warmer months, noise travels from the outside alley so its easy to hear things outside your window

Good experience so far in the first month, leasing, office, and maintenance staff is Farm and helpful. The apartments are really nice and clean with a nice kitchen, granite counters, and hardwood floors.

I really like my Aad and the community. It feels like home has been a pleasant experience to date. While I do wish I had a washer/dryer in unit and a larger kitchen, it's a great space for me and my dog.

My experience so far has been Gutstanding. The Apace is modern and clean and the staff is helpful. I feel safe in this neighborhood and always see plenty of people walking around with friends or pets.

Greedy Landlords.

I have lived here for a year. I love the space and location, but the Alat is vastly overpriced at $1,900/month for a one-bedroom. It was a mistake on my end. There's a cockroach problem, no central AC (and they make you pay for a window unit), no parking, and no in-unit laundry. In addition, the office is slow to respond to maintenance issues. When my rent went up $105/month, I asked if there was any way they could lower it. They lowered it by $1, citing "market value." Yes, a single dollar. It was insulting.
