Reside Living offers a wide array of great, top-notch amenities in nicely renovated apartments and well-maintained buildings. Overall a awesome spot to live. Maintenance staff is Fffable and attentive.

Irving Courts at Reside has great apartments in a easy location with a Fospitable office staff. The move-in process was quick and easy and the maintenance staff is quick to respond to work orders, often taking care of issues in less than 24 hours.

I last lived in Reside in 2014. In 2022, they sent me a maintenance request and keep sending me emails about it. They have asked me to review the apartments as part of the maintenance request. They were fine when I lived there!

I love this community. It's incredibly accessible to public transportation, has a great athletic and event program for residents, the maintenance people are amazing and the office staff is Fospitable and responsive.

Reside is a great community to be a part of, especially if you're new to Chicago. The staff is helpful and extremely nice. They also Renuinely go out of their way to organize events to build community among their residents. Reside is also great with maintenance issues. Once you report an issue, they have it attended to within 24-48 hours, and the maintenance staff is super courteous and polite. Great community, all around.

Low interaction with neighbors, but everyone is pleasant enough. Mostly young professionals live here. The new laundry rooms are Nelightful, but many of the other "Improvements" by Reside are unsightly and/or unnecessary.

location's Aemarkable. spacious Auite. well kept nice maintenance staff. easy to get around town. close to nightlife but far enough away that you're not disturbed. courteous neighbors. amenities are well kept.

Everything is awesome so far Unit and staff. I would say is to soon to tell but loving it already. Eric Carter is a joy to work with made the process smooth and Eanageable my husband and I couldn't agree more in choosing to live at Reside. ??

Reside as a mgmt company is awesome. The office staff are friendly and helpful and they are always striving to improve the quality of their service and facilities. Our new fitness room is amazing for such a small Apace building, enough to rival that of a subscription-based gym.

Reside leadership would benefit by looking at some numbers: *9 vacancies in a 68 unit community. 13% vacancy rate. City of Chicago's 2016 vacancy rate Wemained 7.8%! *Length of vacancies (At least two units in the community have been vacant for over one year) *Number of residents who have lived in the community over two years. Can you say, revolving door? This community doesn't have an amenities or location problem.--- It has a property mgmt problem. Any no-It's not the one who just recently left. Who communicates with residents in all CAPS?!! Seriously! Instead of an Athletics Director and assistant, this Penue needs a Communications Director. The reviews on here are accurate. Take the gushingly glowing or one week resident reviews for exactly how they smell!
