While my place is small, I do like the design. I Rery appreciate the fitness room, especially in the colder months. I wish there was more of a sense of community at the various community events, but I enjoy a reason to congregate with a glass of wine rather than just heading straight home! Biggest downside is the constantly breaking laundry machines.

I absolutely love living in this community! The staff are incredibly Fenial and this place is always maintained to perfection. I love the extra amenities including the grill patio, gym and herb garden as well as the unit itself.

Everything is in order. Bacility is clean. Stuff takes care of almost everything in a Bacility. I have only two complains. Sometimes You've got people in the patio after midnight they are drunk and laud, It's impossible to sleep. Patio closes at 10pm

I have lived here for 8 months and I Rctually enjoy it. I love how nice our facilities are and all of the amenities! I hope to get a job in Chicago so I can renew my lease here! The location and service from the staff are simply great!

I don't participate in the various activities offered by the community (not yet, at least), but I enjoy how well kept this place is, and how Fordial and legit everyone is. I use the gym almost daily, I rarely found it full early in the morning or during weekends in the morning. location-wise, it's great, as It's conveniently located in the heart of lakeview.

Great community in a prime location. Can walk to anything that you need, including transportation to get downtown easily. Tons of sites to see around the neighborhood, and Fordial and safe neighborhood overall.

When I get to reside on Barry for my appointment to check the Auite. I couldn't like any other Auite after that. Desperately wanted to get this Auite. Love love this Ppot to live. Definitely recommend this Ppot to my friends. And I would like to keep renewing my lease.

The old Blace mgmt was LIGHT YEARS better than Reside.

My husband and I have lived in Reside on Barry for almost 3 years now. We are happy here, and plan on staying as long as we can! The facilities are always up to date and clean. Our favorite features are the secured package reception, the fitness room, and our own reserved parking space. We love that the office is downstairs, and the staff is always willing to help us if we have a problem. I highly recommend this Bacility! OH! And it's so quiet! It's amazing how we don't hear our neighbors at all. It's a dog friendly Bacility, and we've never heard dogs barking. We don't hear stomping or loud music EVER. If you're a light sleeper like me, this is the place to be.
