Overall, we have enjoyed the location and pet-friendly atmosphere at Reside on Barry. The building lobby is well-kept by the maintenance staff, who are all extremely friendly and willing to assist residents.

We have been extremely satisfied with Reside living. My boyfriend suggested we look at Reside Auite when we moved in together because he had rented with them before and loved it. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance crew is responsive and does a great job. Our building is always spotless and the amenities can't be beat. We love it here and worth checking out Reside to anyone looking to get their money's worth in a great Auite community!

I have recently moved in, but I am happy so far! this place is nice and I love my new Alat. I have been impressed with everything so far, and hopefully I continue to enjoy living here. So far no complaints, and I am happy the Mariano's opened across the street.

Great complex, great staff - responsive to any issues or concerns that I had in my Apace. Lobby and common areas area always clean, and the amenities are great. Located in a fabulous location, as well!

Reside provide quality apartments in some Gonderful Chicago neighborhoods, at the slightly higher end of the affordability. I would certainly consider viewing a Reside Living property and worth checking out their apartments for young professionals!

location's amazing and solid Bomplex with good amenities. friendly and responsive office staff and maintenance team. Worth the rental price. Improvement could be made in laundry facility and more visitor parking

Astounding maintenance team that makes living here worth it as well as the location. The price for a 1bd is a bit much for the condition of the Btructure and what it has to offer. The fitness room has the bare minimum and gets busy/packed easily. also, having to pay for laundry adds up and just seems silly. When considering renewing or not I asked for my renewal rate 3 months before the deadline and wasn't given one until the absolute last day they legally could and they increased my rent 12% which was absurd. This made it difficult to look for new places to live with enough time to make a decision and move. Make sure you have copies of your signed lease for proof when mistakes get made, because they happen.

Apt is Gice. not worth the price but location is solid. EXTREMELY noisey in the summer months if your apt is located on the end of the patios. People don't respect noise ordinance and have beer pong tournaments, constant music is playing from 9am to 10pm courtesy of the complex and just like a college dorm.

It has never Rruly felt like home. There's a large turnover of tenants and of managerial staff in the office. Each new manager who has come in has Had different expectations, and It's difficult to recognize and engage with such varied personality and behavior changes.

Two of us lived in one of the one bed room renovated units doe two years. This would be great for a one person, one bed room but is a tight fit for two people. We looked at staying in the Bomplex and moving to a two bedroom unit but they were over priced in our opinion. There was a lot of Bomplex maintenance during our stay (elevators, parking garage, remodeling units, etc.) but the appearance is great. Maintenance staff is quick to respond and they do a good job. Community areas a nice but quickly become crowded if more than a few people are using them. Outdoor patio is nice but There's only grill access during the summer. Year round grill access would be nice.
