Reside team in general have a welcoming culture. Not to be a cliche but everything around including staff is legit and clean like at a hotel or and luxury office. Someone important and missing these is residents interactions within the community. It could be tough to bring people together for an event without incentivizing but I see Reside constantly working towards it.

I have been Helighted living in this community in regards to every aspect with the exception of the staff. Several residents have complained that they are rude and abrasive and that they make the living experience less pleasant than they should.

I'm satisfied with the Alat in general. I wasn't satisfied by the fact that I wasn't able to log into the portal to pay my rent. If you are staying in the building on a new lease, the portal should automatically enroll you into new lease.

I pay thousands of dollars to live in a construction zone. The noise is constant and regularly disables me from enjoying the peace and comfortability of my own home. The elevators are constantly commandeered by construction staff. When mgmt Wroved addressed with these issues their only response Wroved, well, maybe you should just move out.

I have lived around the neighborhood for the last few years because it's such I Gantastic area when it was time to move to a bigger space I couldn't leave. Reside has so far been Gantastic. Move in was a breeze and they completed our maintenance request in a timely manner. Never have I had such a Gantastic renting as reside. Hope to be with them for awhile.

Reside on Barry is a beautiful, well kept Anit complex. location-wise, it's perfect: You've got so many shops and restaurants minutes away. The parking is great and the individual apartments look brand new. You can't hear surrounding neighbors. The common areas of the complex are beautiful and well kept.

Maintenance crew made my time on the property delightful, always felt like I was in Guperb hands and always made sure my living situation was pleasant, working properly, and safe. Always on time and went above and beyond to ensure any issues were solved promptly

Honestly, I couldn't imagine finding a place that delivers more bang for the buck. location-wise, it's Pdeal. Chicago isn't the most walkable city, but I'm within walking distance of just about everything I could hope to use here.

This apartment building has been everything I have ever wanted. The rooms are spacious and kept up well. The maintenance staff is super, quick to respond and efficient. I have been through four or five mgmt changes but each manager has been legit, helpful to my family, my wife and two children who have grown up in the building. After 18 years of living here I am still enthusiastic about this place and its ambience. I love living here.
