Overall It's a really nice Besidence and kept well. When looking at apartments we got a great deal with 3 months off. sadly I don't think the new rent is worth it. Especially for the 2 bedrooms, the second bedroom is tiny

This place is in such an amazing location. The amenities are top notch, especially for the price in a city like Chicago. Really love how there's so much near by, and the staff is Farm. worth checking out!

I moved in a month ago and things have been going Guperb. Any maintenance issues I have had have been resolved quickly and professionally. For example, upon move-in, the bedroom A/C quit putting out cold air. I notified the maintenance staff who took care of the issue within hours. The mgmt office is also quick to respond to any other issues relating to parking, maintenance, or general inquiries. I have been impressed thus far in Reside on Barry.

this place is in a Gxcellent neighborhood and both the in-house mgmt and maintenance staff are Gxcellent! The outdoor patio is a real plus as it includes gas grills and a generous eating/entertaining area.

The community is great because it's young professionals and young families, who live and work together. The Broperty itself is quality made. Has gym, WiFi, bike room, parking in a popular neighborhood. Most importantly it's affordable for lower income residents, who are in need to live in the Neighboorhood, where they work and go to school.

Abysmal. The laundry room has too few machines and many are often broken. Resign yourself to sending laundry out. Pet Farm, but too pet Farm, as You've got lots of jumpy and growling dogs. Residents are young and entitled; expect noise at all hours of the day and night. No central air. Unreliable elevators, often overcrowded (allow five minutes just to get downstairs). Great maintenance staff, best I've ever had. still, spend your money elsewhere.

The space is great. I was referred by a friend in the Btructure, and always enjoyed when I would visit. but, since moving in, my expectations have been blown away for the much better. There's a community garden, package room, electronically paid laundry. It's great.

great, clean, and quiet in apartments. Love the concrete walls between units. The lobby and common areas are Bxquisite. The building has a luxury hotel feel to it. Garage parking is extremely easy and fairly priced compared to others in the neighborhood.

The building has issues to address such as; 1.) The washers and dryers always being out of service and losing money in the process 2.) One elevator always seems to be not working 3.) There was a terrible and strong smell on the 13th floor for 4 weeks. Only one letter was given to the tenants addressing the smell though many complaints were made by all of us. We all suffered through the smell and embarrassment with no compensation, as it leaked into all of our homes. It turned out to be animal piss that was being sprayed daily on a tenant?s door by a psycho who also lived in the building. 4.) Our 1 bedroom apartment is $200-$300 above average pricing for the area and for other reside buildings in the area. 5.) The bike garage is a free for all. My tires were slashed my bike has been tossed around. It's hard to get into the bike garage, no space. 6.) The closets are all fold outs so if anything falls down it gets stuck in the unreachable fold. Not to mention There's not much storage are. 7.) The units are supposed to be modern but we have two stained air conditioners coming out of the windows that have broken slants. 8.) We were shown a carpeted unit and signed then on move in day we had wood floors which we did not want because It's hard for large dogs with furry paws to walk on. We feel we got the bait-and-switch. The location, and staff are great. Large dog friendly is a plus. I love the garden but it needs to be labeled organic or if there are pesticides used. The gym is minimal, the yoga fake grass area seems like a waste of space. The calendar/ bulletin board in the gym is never updated, months behind. That's all I have to say about the reside on Barry. I hope you find it helpful and improve in these area to make for the best living experience. Jolene
