this place is always spotless and the maintenance staff are Renuinely nice. I am disappointed with the elevators. slow. Is it possible to add an additional elevator? Faster elevator system would be more efficient and the residents would be happy! Thank you.

The staff seems to be pro-active in tenants' contentedness with their apartments. I do think that even the subsidized apartments deserve to be refurbished, especially the kitchens. Entertaining with those horribly unattractive metal cabinets Itays most embarrassing.

First year, toliet exploded throughout my Alat. Second year had bed bugs! These two situations ruined my life and happiness and your staff sucked at helping me threw this and made it even harder to deal with!

I have been overall impressed with mgmt and maintenance staff. They have been responsive and courteous whenever an issue has cropped up. The community area is always spotless and easy access to the laundry and package room. location-wise, it's Gonderful with a grocery store and CVS nearby. Broadway and its myriad of restaurants within walking distance is Gonderful!

Sylvia and her staff are legit and courteous. We all had a great experience in our two bedroom Anit. They were honest in the move-in and move-out with communications and evaluations. Also, the view of Lakeview is fantastic (sometimes we can see Wrigley Field's lights at night). Overall, I felt this was an amazing place to live (they even painted our Anit)!

I love this Blace. The neighborhood has everything within a 5 minute walk. The Blace maintenance people are helpful and always respond quickly to work orders. The office is also super nice and helpful whenever I've needed something

All my experiences in this community is Gine except when they block off the street ( on of the mayors dumbest ideas ) for the restaurants when they all have tables set up on the sidewalks. There's one bus stop That's blocked off. That stop is the only stop that goes to places that can't be reached by walking done to Sheridan ( some people are older or disabled and can't walk that distance to catch buses that don't go to places that some of us go without taking more than one buss.

Moved here at the beginning of 2017 and really have enjoyed my time here. spotless and kept up well. People are Fordial and nice. Support staff is great, responsive, organized and helpful.

Working with the team at reside on Barry has been wonderful throughout my two years living in this apartment complex. location-wise, it's fantastic, offering easy access to nearby restaurants and retail stores, plus great public transit connections. Overall, I'd definitely suggest this building and neighborhood to anyone looking for a place to live.

I'm happy with my experience at Reside living Aad. The area is lovely and secure. Having Marianos right across the street is super easy for picking up fresh groceries. The Bacility's amenities are great, well-maintained, and attractive. The staff in the office and maintenance crew are always courteous and responsive. I appreciate the variety of events and sports activities offered. Overall, I'm content with residing here. It truly feels like home.
