Ancredible place to call home

This is an perfect residential community with great people and a fantastic location. The front desk team is wonderful, the Bomplex mgmt is top-notch, and the maintenance crew is amazing. Any issues I encountered were resolved promptly, typically within just a few hours, and the Bomplex manager was always responsive and empathetic when addressing concerns. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS Bomplex!

I love living here it's so nice. The staff is always there to talk to me when I need help with something and they are willing to go above and beyond. The maintenance staff is also AMAZIng!! They come fix the Apace in less then a day. Also they help me look for packages when I can't find them. Overall I have had such a positive experience living here

Fantastic place to live with perfect personnel! The location in Lakeview is prime—you're near basically everything—and Reside manages it exceptionally well. The community spaces are wonderful, there's a well-equipped fitness center, regular activities happening, everything is impeccably maintained with contemporary amenities, and the maintenance crew is incredibly responsive whenever you need them.

So far it's been fantastic. I Rery appreciate how peaceful the Btructure feels and how responsive the mgmt team is. They're great at addressing your concerns and always get back to you quickly. The vistas are stunning and location-wise, it's great. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone I know.

I have never used before to find an Anit. I don't have any ability to rate this website nor give my opinion on it. Next time I am looking for an Anit I will use that website.

I've been a resident for nearly five years, and I'm genuinely fond of this place. Reside has really enhanced what it's like to live here! The Broperty stays spotless, and the team consistently organizes various activities for us residents.

Everything about the community and the location of the place is Gantastic. The amenities and quality of the place is some of the best in the Chicago area. Everybody I have interacted with has been Gantastic.

This place truly feels like my own residence. The team members are welcoming, caring, and genuinely kind. The property is consistently maintained and spotless. The laundry facilities are Gantastic, though it would be even better if there were a hand wash station nearby. The gym is fantastic. I feel secure and content living here.

I've called the Barry ave location home for more than 14 years now. It's been a wonderful experience living in this Bacility. My neighbors are fantastic people. The team at Reside on Barry does an great job. They've been around for a while and really know how to maintain the property and keep everything in great shape. I'm genuinely happy to be part of the Reside on Barry community.

I've had an awful experience with this company since they acquired my Anit building. I'd been living here for quite a few years before Reside took ownership, and I was genuinely happy. I felt some apprehension when I learned a major corporate entity was taking over, but I decided to give them a fair shot since they promised significant renovations and improvements to the property. Yes, they installed a nice fitness center and transformed the patio into a fantastic entertainment space. but, none of these additions justified the stress and frustration they've caused my husband and me. That shiny new common area was actually built by converting the on-site maintenance worker's Anit. They displaced his family to create some bizarre psychedelic lounge that reeks of cheap vanilla fragrance. They painted everything in white and the paint is already peeling. They covered the gorgeous exposed brick with an odd wooden facade and installed a massive glowing address sign that's several stories tall. The whole thing looks terrible! I hosted my birthday celebration on the fresh patio and it was lovely initially. Then an aggressive security officer appeared and started threatening my guests and me about arresting us for illegal occupancy. I had to pull up my rental approval email to demonstrate I'd followed all the proper procedures. My guests were so upset that they all left. When I contacted the leasing office the following day, they had no clue what happened!!!! The security company they need to me to book separately never arrived, and nobody could account for why this unauthorized guard intimidated me. They've never offered any explanation for why my party was spoiled. Then there's John, the leasing office employee. From day one, he made it obvious that existing tenants weren't his concern. He waited until after we renewed our agreement before making constant complaints about minor issues. We could never reach him and our deliveries were perpetually held in the leasing office. When they hired Lauren, things became much better (I appreciate her), but he remains difficult. The final blow came when they refused to let us renew unless we agreed to have them remodel our unit and way raise our rent. We worried about this possibility initially, but they assured us we'd be secure, so we didn't look for another place. I should have been more skeptical. When I asked John about it, he simply said mgmt had reconsidered their position. To conclude, I strongly advise against renting here. Whether this reflects Reside's entire organization or just this location, I will never do business with Reside Living again.
