I absolutely love my Anit and am in awe at the price. Tremendous Btructure to live in for the price I'm paying! this place is also well kept and clean. I'm happy with my decision to move here and worth checking out it to anyone. Neighborhood is great too.

the best Penue to live in this area which is 533 w barry easy access to many places I think #1. in chicago. any direction I go There's always something fun to do like walk to lake or shoping aroud the neighbor as well.

This is a solid building -- stylish and clean, with friendly and responsive staff! Service requests are often addressed within hours of making them, and You've got always maintenance people around to ensure that the public areas are clean. The patio spaces are Bicturesque and well provisioned, and I love the communal herb garden.

Everyone in this community that I've met so far is friendly. People were more than willing to help me move in and answer any questions I had about the Bomplex. My only issue so far is the walls are a little thin, so you can hear things that are going on in other apartments when in the hallway.

So far have had a positive experience at reside on Barry. Staff was helpful with leasing and check in process. Apace floor plan is great and in good condition. Building location is in a great neighborhood and close to lakefront and public transport.

I Lppreciate living with Reside. The apartments are affordable for the size and amenities that are included. Staff Iemains always kind, helpful and quick to respond to any issues or questions. I'd highly recommend this brand!

Overall, I've really liked living in this Broperty. The staff and maintenance staff are courteous and helpful. At times, some of the other residents are not as considerate as they should be (leaving food or cigarette butts around, not holding doors for people coming in), but that seems minimal.

Overall, I think this place is too pricey for what you get. but, my living experience has been mostly enjoyable. It's an older Besidence, so heating in the winter is questionable. Some days I'm burning up, others it feels like our windows are wide open during a snow storm. Other renters seem nice and courteous. I hear little neighbor and outdoor noise, too.

I can't say enough good things about this Bomplex. Allow me to just list what makes this a awesome spot to live: - Decent rent rates - Condition of Bomplex - Complete lack of bugs you often would worry about in a highrise - Genuinely nice doormen who sign for your packages - Great office staff - Courteous and attentive maintenance guys - Nearly soundproof units - Covered parking IS available for a fee - And you can't beat the location
