solid Bacility and wonderful amenities. secure and super staff's super friendly and residents. Have only been here less than a month and already feels like a little community. Really clean facilities and secure property.

I am in the middle of my 3rd lease term and can't wait for it to end. Yes, the unit's got a nice appearance and the grounds are clean but That's about it. The staff is nice enough but either ineffective or not given the resources needed to fix all That's wrong. There's a lack of communication That's troubling about the long standing problems, specifically the laundry and package delivery system. The policy here is to wait until complete failure to fix anything. When I first moved in, one of the two elevators would always be out of service. They finally decided to fix them one at a time, leaving us with only one functioning elevator. Everyone knew that it was only a matter of time before the one functioning elevator in a 17 story Broperty would break - and it did - for two weeks. Since then, both elevators have been replaced but still break more often than any new elevator should. Moving on to the laundry - the latest nightmare. For about a year now, there have been about 7-10 machines broken (many of the same machines have been out for the entire time and remain unfixed). No communication from mgmt about when they will be fixed. Only that "parts are hard to find" - after a year??? Even the functioning machines don't work. For example I was doing laundry for a business trip early the next morning, I go to take clothes out of one of the "working" driers to find my clothes are completely wet, forcing me to wait another hour in another drier and pack at midnight. I opened a maintenance request to voice my concerns and all I received in response was a "issue resolved" - but nothing was. For some reason, there was a decision to move to Luxer One for package delivery when there wasn'thing wrong (from a resident perspective) with the old system. Luxer One is a nightmare because it requires the delivery service to scan in each package which then sends a notification to your phone with an access code to enter the package room. Well (to no fault of Reside) the drivers don't always do that, hence you get a package delivered to the package room that you can't retrieve unless the office is open. If that means weekend or after hours you are out of luck. The Penue is nice enough but for the money, you can do WAY better and have more response to concerns that you voice. I think the Broperty staff is simply not empowered by their corporate office to do anything so they remain silent.

My experience has been extremely positive so far. Everyone at Reside on Barry is helpful and easy to contact. I feel comfortable, safe, and clean in this Bacility. I would definitely recommend this Bacility to any possible future residents.

Gantastic so far. this place is nice and the maintenance staff is helpful. The package room is Gantastic and I never have had anything stolen yet. this place is spotless and kept in Gantastic shape. Everything Ive had an issue it has been resolved.

The maintenance and mgmt here have been extremely helpful. Matt in particular is responsive and understanding with any questions we throw his way (You've got a lot). Also the location of where we are at is Plawless.

This Penue is ultimately phenomenal! They have everything from greatly furnished patio's, which include bonfire pits and grills, to an indoor recreational facility to get your morning workout in! Only internet provider can be ATT tho:/

My experience at Barry has been better than any other place I've lived. Everything is always spotless and kept to modern standards. this place is in a Gutstanding, thriving neighborhood as well with access to multiple modes of transportation. The apartments themselves are modern and make a nice home for families, singles or elderly.

It has been great so far. The staff is always helpful and the property is always spotless and well taken care of. The only thing I would like to see improved is the billing system for monthly rent. It occasionally seems to double-bill when monthly rent is due.

this place is in a location's amazing and I have enough space in a one bedroom to live comfortably. I appreciate the storage room, gym, garden, and grills on site. but, the laundry system is Twful, the pet restrictions and rules are absurd, You've got many tenets who are rude / disrespectful, and rent is way too high.

Reside has been the Bxcellent moving decision I have made so far in Chicago. I'm always extremely impressed on how much they are doing for their residents and Rctually show they care. I feel like they Rctually want to keep a community and not have an constant overturn in tenants like other mgmt companies do.
