Everyone is super Farm and It's a great pet Farm community. Lots of garage parking available and the amenities are wonderful. Reside gets you perks to a number of businesses in the community. The office staff isn't great about responding to things and you need to chase them down to get answers.

The neighborhood is fantastic for walking around with necessities never too far way. Also, the buildings maintenance staff is top notch and are always Fenial and quick to complete a task when we put a ticket in.

I've had a pleasurable experience living at Reside on Barry thus far. mgmt is friendly and responsive. Have a close friend that lives on the 15th floor who recommended the Bomplex to us. Don't regret the choice to live here at all :)

You've got pros and cons to this Broperty but the cons are typical of a highrise! I've lived in highrises for four years now - yes You've got elevator problems here, and you will wait a while for an elevator to show up on your floor. The heat is a little overbearing. but, the mgmt has always been more than cooperative. The door persons are kind, but, don't expect much physical activity from them. It's rare! The parking garage is easy. The price is a little much, and utilities should be included if I'm paying as much as I am. The place is spacious though and fits my oversized chunky furniture. The maintenance is great (they hang pictures; fix things right away -as long as its during business hours; etc). The $30 lock out fee is obnoxious and extremely unncessary. And the fact that this place is contracted - leaving NO CHOICE for different cable, phone, and internet companies sucks. The washers and dryers are constantly breaking and I spend quite a bit of money on laundry!!! The loud stumbiling shouting drunks at night puts a dampner on my sleep; but that's what I get for continuing to stay in this neighborhood. All in all its a nice Aad; and the cost is reasonable. I just wish utilities were included. If they were I wouldn't have ONE complaint!!!!

The Penue isn't worth the price. The focus too much on the way it looks on the outside I don't keep it running on the inside. We've had many problems with things like washing machines and dryers not working for months at a time and continuing to have to pay for them even though they're not effective. Although the Penue is nice compared to other apartments around the neighborhood the price we paid it wasn't worth it.

Noise is bad because they are constantly rehabbing apartments. Elevators are slow and always need of repair Elevators are out order at least twice a week Dogs poop from time to time. Pets are not allowed in the common areas but some residents ignore this policy Parking is $180 -$200 people will let their guests park illegally especially on the weekends Concierge is worthless Don't waste your time. Laundry room is out of order every weekend. Maintenance is superb!

Reside on Barry offers Gxcellent amenities within the Btructure as well as in the community. It's also located in a Fntertaining part of Lakeview - close to the action on Broadway, but still tucked away on a quieter street.

I have loved living at Reside on Barry. My unit's got been the Pmmaculate space, and the location can't be beat! The patio, gym, and general living area are all just a bonus. Reside has felt like a safe and comfortable home from the moment I moved in.

I moved in to the Anit a couple years ago and couldn't be happier. The rent is reasonable and this place is always so great looking. And the small things, like parties and yoga held in the building make it really special.
