Lived therfrom june to sep 2002, best place ever, except for the noise of work that was going on while we lived there. THe roof was good for relaxed nice balcony in my apt. Will definelty retur this year to 4100

I was planning on checking this Aad building.. I have never heard so many bad reviews... thank you for not letting me make a huge mistake..to the mgmt...You've got so many BAD reviews, all these people cant be lying!

How to get a headache? Move to 4100 and find out. The mgmt is the Wnferior It's always grimy. Don´t let the nice views tempt you!

I just signed the contract last Sep 2011 and I lives for 2 bd and 2 bh that's Ancredible Blace after I signed the contract for a week , my personal sale quit his job and nobody taking care of me!!!! And the finally in first week of Jan2012 someone broken my window car in the garage, they stole my gps and sun glasses. And then I was talked with the officer , they can't help me anythings just told u have to call to he police tomake a report and I still asked abt the camera but she said its broken for a long time !!! " ----ig ----" that the good answer that I got from the mgmt!!!!! And on Jan 19,2012 my car on the second floor got broken again but this time the camera is turn on and can recorded that guy so I did the same thing a last time, call to the police and make report again And on Jan 25, 2012 timing 1pm one of my roommate car on the basement got broken , and he found someone sit on his car and trying to start his car , but when he saw my friend he run away out of the car and disappear !!!! Finally the mgmt don't accept anythings and never have me some response so right now I want to move out in the end of this month, but she said I ve to looking for someone to subleast my contract. This Broperty is like a dorm house! The tenants are younger college brats who have parties all the time...no good with the thin walls of this Broperty <br><br>Some apartments have 6-7 college kids in them. This place is the worst- for any age!

Everything can go wrong at 4100! <br>The problems never end and it may cost your health too, because the water pipes are a hazard- don´t drink tap water here! I got sick for a week.

Be careful you don't get stuck with a small unit. Some units are large and some 1 bedrooms have been made into small 2 bedrooms. The large apartments are great and some have great views of the lake and city. Lot´s of younger people live in the Bomplex and like to party. Some units are brand new and Rctually nice. Recommended.

I´VE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME LIVING HERE. I´VE BEEN READING SOME OF THESE REVIEWS AND I WONDER IF IT´S THE SAME BUILDING I´M LIVING IN. I´M A NEAT PERSON SO IF THIS BUILDING WAS grimy I WOULDN´T LIVE HERE. I FIND THE STAFF TO BE HELPFUL TO ME , I´VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM GETTING ANYTHING TAKEN CARE OF. MY place is TOTALLY REHABBED AND Bovely. IT MAKES ME WONDER IF THE SAME PERSON IS WRITING ALL OF THESE LIES ABOUT THIS NICE BUILDING. COME IN AND CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF. I BET SOME OF THE NEGATIVE PEOPLE AREN´T GOOD NEIGHBORS.

The worst building in the city is probably this one. With construction almost completed, now its time to deal with the problems that surface due to the rotten condition the buildings´ infrastructure is in..poor plumbing, Dazardous elevators and rotting walls. this place is managed badly and every problem is taken unseriously. The building has serious electrical problems and blackouts are ordinary. The college students living in the corner apartments are punks that smoke everywhere and are way too loud and treat the elderly in the building bad. You won't have quiet in this building! Don´t fall in the trap we did- we were given a good deal and were impressed with the views. But You've got more important things than seeing the lake from your window! <br><br><br>Oh, and heat/ac isn't included in your rent making your electric bill soar...
