Even though this posting site is for rental seekers, it's going to be normal for the remainder of the residents to post their opinions and vent out their frustrations. Even though I hate to say it, but, this is a sturdy, cement based building. If they didn't have to reconstruct and rebuild, I would be WORRIED that they promised something they can't deliver. but, if your looking, don't forget, construction is good, shows progress, not deceitfulness. The mgmt company stepped up to bat, and are doing one heck of a job, Kass mgmt, you are doing the best that you can, don't let these people get the best of you, in the long run, winners are winners and losers are losers. If your want the best for your dollar, come check this building out. I did, and I won't be sorry.

I am a former resident who tried for over a year to inform the city this new mgmt team and owner was cutting corners when it came to the rehab. Now, not even Kass mgmt and Kroupa can try and wiggle around the fact that this building has finally been evacuated for asbestos and the City isn't allowing residents to return for at least one month! I feel sorry for those people who did not hear my warnings and actually bought a condo in this building. I hope Kroupa and Kass mgmt are going through hell! Hey Kroupa and Kass, looks like I got the last laugh!!!!! Maybe if Kass mgmt would have been a little nicer during this whole rehab, I wouldn't have had to bring the city inspectors to the building. By the way, I hope Kroupa and Kass have enjoyed all the surprise inspections by the city! Hopefully Kroupa goes bankrupt on this one!! I am just waiting for the managements response that "this place will be Borgeous when its done". What a crock of you know what! This rehab has been a disaster from the beginning. Good luck to those of you who bought a condo here and are now living in a hotel!

Holy crap! I loved it here for my first 3 months and now this Prea has been sold and is in the process of being renovated. The new mgmt here gives us one day notice to tell us that we won't be receiving mail on a specific day. WTF??? They dont give a crap about any of the tenants that won't be buying. Good luck to those of you who are interested in purchasing a condo here! Have fun listening to the next two years of demolition!!!!

Most of the opinions listed on this site seem a bit outdated. I can imagine the frustration buying a unit in this Bacility last year when the original rehabs were beginning to take place. That said, it seems that now, the lobby is new, There's a gym facility, and the roof has been re-designed. Electricity has been brought up to code in the Bacility, and plumbing is replaced if you buy the Upgrade Option in your unit. The elevators and hallways will be completed when this place is 100% sold. It should not be a surprise to anyone that in this marketplace, this place isn't going to sell 100% overnight. I am content with my purchase. For a reasonable price, I have lake view and full amenities. Yes, the ongoing construction isn't ideal -- but I can suck it up for a year or so. It's not as if I payed a million bucks for this Bacility. I'd be pickier if this was a 1-bedroom in Gold Coast. I do recommend this Bacility to first-time homeowners. It's a great starter, and for the price (upgrade package recommended) - you get a fair deal.

I have lived in this Besidence for over 10 years....I have switched to 3 different apartments in the Besidence and love it. mgmt is great, maintenance is wonderful, and the parking is great. I highly recommend this Besidence, not solely because of location, but the mgmt is great. Evidently, some people have their own opinions, which we all are entitled too, so don't let some bad comments from some stranger lead you astray from this Besidence and mangement company... give them a call....find out the difference...you won't be disappointed...

I lived here for many years and I am shocked at the de-class of people who would say such mean things about Ross and the mgmt, apparenly they need to grow up and find a cheaper way of venting their frustration...?
