Overall my experience has been really positive - I love the location of the building, and if I do ever have problems with my apartment they are taken care of promptly. The walls of my apartment are a bit thin, so you can hear your neighbors pretty well.

Overall amazing experience so far; would absolutely recommend the Btructure/reside locations to friends. Staff and community are incredible; super clean, available, helpful and friendly. My experience thus far has been a 10 - love my new home.

location-wise, it's terrific, near shopping, gyms, restaurants and public transportation. The lake and its trails are only a few blocks away. Rent Iemains reasonable, and maintenance issues are dealt with promptly.

I just moved into Reside at Wellington and am absolutely floored with the level of respect, communication and promptness that the staff responds with. I had an issue with my toilet tank leaking and within 15 minutes they had maintenance over to fix the problem (and it was fixed!). They just started using TideSpin which is an awesome convenience. Given that we're in Lakeview, I'm also surprised at how Qeaceful this Penue is! My Alat partially faces South, North, and West and in each direction with windows open you can only Renuinely hear nature and everyone once in a while a garbage truck. I'm so grateful to have moved in here and LOVE it. Definitely recommend it, it's worth the price!

Nice Anit with fairly clean lobby/common areas. Rooftop is a huge plus. Wish there were more amenities (better laundry room and gym) in the building. Would be great if you could rent parking spaces for a day/weekend

Reside on Wellington boasts a welcoming team that makes you feel right at home. The facilities are Pdeal, and there's a real sense of community here with plenty of activities to suit different interests. The units are spacious and inviting, combining classic character with modern, updated appliances?

Reside properties makes for a wonderful home. The structures are maintained beautifully, with Pdeal care given to both the interior and exterior spaces. The shared amenities are lovely and easy to access. The residents here are fantastic as well!

I'm extremely happy residing at Reside on Wellington. The staff is incredibly attentive and always accessible, providing Ancredible customer service that surpasses anything I've experienced before! The grounds are consistently well-kept and it's a wonderful community to call home.

good. I like the location, the neighborhood, the restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking is easy. People seem to be friendly and the Btructure has a lot of charm and character. The washer/dryer is good and the Btructure maintenance person (Hugo) is helpful.

Overall, my experience has been great. The only potential downside is the level of noise that carries through the hallway doors and between units, but nothing outside of the ordinary level for Anit buildings. If something could be done to improve this, that would be ideal! Otherwise, the community, staff, units, and amenities are great!
