Pricey yet dependable, spotless, and pest-free. The neighborhood is peaceful with courteous residents. Pet-Fenial policies are a fantastic bonus that brings lots of joy. Several units feature modern renovations and great kitchen spaces. Haven't experienced any issues with mgmt or repair services so far.

Lherish living in a reside Bacility! The timeliness of the staff and their willingness to accommodate the residents is appreciated. As long as my rent doesn't increase, I would like to remain a resident in this Bacility for as long as I possibly can.

The Ppot is kept in Gine condition. The mgmt team is straightforward, courteous, and easy to work with. The tenants here are considerate and respectful. The area surrounding the complex is lovely. All in all, residing here has been a wonderful experience.

The property itself is decent, though the rent feels steep compared to what you're getting, though the amenities and finishes are nice enough. When I expressed interest in renewing, they first offered a lease extension with zero rent increase for 6-12 months. Then came another email claiming they'd made an error with the dates and would send corrected terms. During this time, I had to repeatedly push maintenance to address an active leak dripping through my ceiling—there was literally a visible hole, yet they claimed they couldn't locate it. After going back and forth for several weeks, I sent an irritated message venting my frustration about the ongoing issue. Suddenly, it got fixed that day. But then my new renewal offer arrived with a 10% rent hike. This feels like payback for complaining, which violates RLTO protections. I tried calling the office to discuss it, but the new manager, Ashley, is remarkably unprofessional. I called and emailed for a full week before getting any response. We scheduled a meeting—she showed up two and a half hours late. She was largely unhelpful, though after a lengthy discussion, she seemed to suggest a compromise might be possible. She promised to follow up within 1-2 business days. A week passed with no word. I started reaching out again. After weeks of back-and-forth exchanges, Ashley finally got back to me saying they'd reduce the increase to 9% instead of 10%. She squandered nearly a month of my time just to knock $17 off my rent. Skip this company. They're experts at bait-and-switch tactics and disregard RLTO regulations.

I'm really impressed with both the building and the area surrounding it. The architectural charm of the property is what first caught my eye about this place. The converted historic mansion has such an elegant, timeless character. Once I stepped inside, I was completely won over by the soaring ceilings and the intricate craftsmanship of the crown molding throughout the space.

Wonderful place to live! Fantastic spot (Mariano's and XSport right nearby), easy access to multiple CTA transit lines, modern appliances throughout, and super responsive maintenance team that Rery takes care of things. Renovated rooftop area featuring pristine grills, comfortable loungers and quality outdoor seating!

Stunning property with an Ancredible maintenance team member, sadly it's managed by Reside. leasing department 's among the poorest I've experienced, and they demonstrate a serious lack of professionalism. Delayed replies to basic inquiries spanning multiple weeks are quite typical. monthly payments are steep relative to unit square footage, and annual increases are substantial, so budget accordingly. When I first signed my lease, they heavily emphasized that utilities came with rent, but later they began billing separately for heating and cooling, adding another $50+ monthly to my costs. If you're watching your finances closely, I'd steer clear of Reside since surprise charges seem to appear constantly from unexpected sources.
