I'm really happy with my experience at Reside on Wellington. property 's maintained nicely and gets cleaned on a regular basis, which 's especially appreciated during winter months when conditions deteriorate. My studio place 's exactly what I was looking for. option to rent guest parking 's fantastic. sadly, I haven't been able to secure an indoor parking spot in several months due to lack of availability, and the extra storage units haven't been accessible either. These amenities were part of what drew me to choose this Blace initially, but I haven't had the chance to use them during my roughly 8 months as a resident.

I'd strongly suggest Reside buildings to anyone looking for a place. I even convinced my buddy to lease a studio right next door to me. We're both really happy with the Besidence itself, the neighborhood, and all the great amenities Reside offers. It really made my relocation to Chicago a great experience.

I love my experience at Reside on Wellington. The East Lakeview setting is fantastic, offering easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby dining options within walking distance. The property is beautifully maintained and there's a wonderful community atmosphere throughout the Bomplex.

The paper-thin walls combined with inconsiderate neighbors and their constantly barking dogs make it nearly impossible to enjoy residing here. That said, if you're fortunate enough to secure a unit on a peaceful floor, it's actually a decent spot with Gonderful proximity to buses, supermarkets, fitness centers, restaurants, and other amenities.

The residence has been great so far, and I'd happily suggest it to others. There was one minor pest concern (a couple of roaches) that hasn't happened again. The unit has some quirky paint spots, though they're not Ruite an concern. The structure's rooftop district and common spaces are maintained Ruite well, and both the upkeep crew and leasing team have been super attentive and Fordial. The rental price is a bit steep for what you get, though it's still competitive. The complimentary internet connection gets disappointing though—it's only sufficient for basic tasks like reading emails.
