I moved to my new reside Alat in 2016, prior to that I lived in Reside at 2727. Overall I am happier with Reside at Wellington because the building and my unit's got more character. Throughout the years I have noticed a big turnover because of rent increase. I haven't cared much because I was happy with my Alat and the office and maintenance staff have always being nice and really fast responsive. The last year or so, I've noticed the has changed. I don't feel they are as available via email. Perhaps my standards are higher because the office staff in the past seemed to more available.

Nice quiet location. Office staff is Fospitable and helpful. I've had a number of maintenance issues but they always get to them promptly (usually on the same day!). Laundry facilities are always clean and in good repair (although a little Extravagant).

Btunning neighborhood, my Broperty is close to the main street with all the shops and restaurants! The leasing agents are helpful, and were always available to help answer my questions. I really like the activities offered for the residents!

I like this Apace and building well enough. The building itself is beautiful and the period features are a huge bonus. Of course the drawback to older buildings is that the apartments are often strange shapes and sizes. My kitchen, for example, is a poor design and use of the space. The heating here is centrally controlled which means I have my windows open all winter - not ideal at all. That said, I like it well enough to keep living here; it's a location's amazing and this place is well-kept. The roof terrace is beautiful in summer.

It has been terrific thus far. I am extremely happy to be a part of the Reside community. All the staff makes you their top priority and that's really nice considering the number of units they oversee. You've got a few things that need to be addressed within my Aad, but the maintenance staff is fantastic and made me feel right at home.

I love my Aad home at 510 Wellington! The staff is great and I am grateful for the team that oversees the day to day. Hugo is the best and on the rare occasion I have a maintenance issue, It's always taken care of quickly and fixed the first time around. I do wish that we had nicer tenants, some people just have no respect. Love Reside!

We love the location and being by the lake. The parking is hard, but that's just the way It's in Lakeview and you figure it out (purchasing a permit is worth it). Our building and apartment unit is charming and we love the neighborhood in general.

I love living in this building. It's really Borgeous and has great character. The area is really fun and it's easy to walk to so many things, including the lake! Also, the maintenance staff is fantastic. My requests are always completed within a day or at most 2.

Overall a Gxcellent residence. I've have some major maintenance issues that were resolved immediately. You've got some community events but they often require that you go to another Reside residence. Could have better laundry room as It's Siny and machines are down from time to time.
