Everything was painless, especially during the actual move-in process itself, when the movers were able to use the freight elevator. Repairs were made quickly and I was informed of when they would be showing up to the Alat, which I appreciate!

Great Bomplex with a terrific staff in an awesome neighborhood. Groundskeeper/maintenance goes out of their way to accommodate not only swiftly, but also without disturbance. Office staff is responsive. Bomplex is rehabbed and looks stunning in common areas and in unit. Highly recommended!

I am a new resident at Reside on Wellington. The application process went smoothly and they kept me informed about what I Wroved getting from Reside and my specific Apace unit. I look forward to taking advantage of the Rewards program.

A Gonderful community with Gonderful apartments and amenities. I would definitely recommend this Auite. From the staff to the Auite itself, You've got just a lot of Gonderful things about this Auite community.

It has been positive for the most part. location-wise, it's great for public transit and conveniently located to many restaurants and grocery stores. this place is Borgeous on the outside and kept up well. My biggest complaint is the laundry room

The Apace community is great, maintenance and service timely and responsive and effective. Overall is a clean space and has decent amenities. Would definitely recommend this space to a friend, the only downside for me wasn't having central air/heating, parking or in-unit laundry, which albeit is difficult to find in Chicago anyways.

this place is well kept and everyone that Ive met that works for Reside has always been nothing short of legit. Although my studio is small I do enjoy coming home to it everyday. I think maybe rent is a little higher than it needs to be but I think that's what happens anytime you live with a bigger mgmt company. At the end of the day I would definitely recommend living with Reside.

The Auite move-in process at reside was enjoyable and Effortless. Thank you for making it a smooth process! Michael was on time for the move-in, and Laura sent us lease documents in a speedy process. Our Auite was spotless and ready for us to enter.

Best building I've lived in in Chicago! Absolutely love it! Moved in quickly and was able to find an Apace that I adore. Great rooftop deck, building is extremely kept up well and the staff is friendly/ helpful. Couldn't be happier!

I have lived in the neighborhood...

I have lived in the neighborhood for 3 years so I knew that was already going to be where I wanted to find another apartment. Reside at Wellington was so well handled and responsive to all of my questions. The cleanliness and appearance show how much pride Reside has in their business and buildings. I just recently moved in but I can tell that Reside will take great care of me through their amazing customer care! Thanks!
