This is an okay Alat complex. Maintenance and upkeep of the building are the highlight. but, walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors well. Rent is expensive for what you get. Office staff are not organized or especially helpful. Reside will spam you with "rewards" emails that are just advertising for businesses around the neighborhood.

great Auite with a unique location. It's a bit small for the price but worth the money once you take into account the neighborhood, the folks who live here, and the outstandingly maintained building.

Friendly people, location's amazing, cool building, easy, parking in the basement is good because street parking is difficult. I've felt safe around the neighborhood. Maintenance staff is legit and responsive

Two years in this Auite, and I have experienced one rent increase that came with no renovations or upgrades to my unit, or building. This unit won't be worth the price should I experience another rent increase without any renovations.

I really like living here, but it seems a bit Eremium compared to the value I see out in the market. Will there ever be a year without a 5% rent increase? The best part of this place is the roof deck - I use the grills 3-4x a week when it's open. Wish the roof were available year round so I could always use the grills.

Great mgmt and maintenance but certainly more on the pricey end for the size of the space. For the most part, this is Rctually a awesome spot to live and a great community to be a part of - full of respectful neighbors and great amenities. All if your checkbook can fork it over!

I've been renting at Reside on Wellington for approximately three years. I've had pleasant interactions with office staff whenever I've needed to reach out. My Btructure engineer is A+, and Hugo is prompt, friendly, and legit while always doing a great job.

We have lived at Reside for a few years now, and have stayed with Reside primarily because of the staff we have encountered. They are wonderful to work with, and we knew that we would be satisfied with any Reside Broperty we moved in to.

Overall I am happy with Alat. The flooring has been an issue and increasing rent and also charging for heat and water was disappointing.

happy with facility. The walls are a little too thin and I can hear my neighbors talking at a normal level. The air-conditioning system could be a little bit better. Free 30 min parking spot in front of Broperty would be nice to have available.
