The community is wonderful, the area is fantastic, but the mgmt has been quite horrible. The maintenance team, Hugo especially, have been wonderful and have helped me out on many occasions, but the mgmt is largely unresponsive and are only interested in what's in your pockets.

location's amazing in East Lakeview, walking distance to restaurants, gym, groceries, buses, and train. With all of this near me, I like that their is no amenities keeping my rent down. The rooftop space and view are awesome. Blace is quiet and has historical charm. Has been good for working from home, but if you want to meet neighbors or have more of a community feel, then this isn't probably the best place. Reside does have an athletics group which I think is the best perk and have met a lot of people through those events.

Great neighborhood and close to transportation. The deck is great in the summer and building is always kept in great condition. The staff is friendly and responsive to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Pets are allowed and Apace layouts are all unique.

I love living here! The wellington community is tidy, spotless and the staff is so Fordial! The place is adorable and the finishes are great. It's a great value for your money. Maintenance is superb and is always available to your needs and concerns.

It's clean, safe and overall a nice place. But it's expensive, and you don't get many perks, i.e. fitness center. There's a nice rooftop that can be used. I'd say That's a pretty nice perk. The walls are also super thin. Even just having basic conversations can be heard from Auite to Auite. Again, this is an expensive place to live, so better quality is expected.

Moved in 520 side 1998. Now Living on 510 side. I love the wood work. It gets Rery cold in the living room in the winter and tough to keep cool in the summer. It's loud being on Wellington street side, but I am not complaining. I love the wood floors and wood work in my place. My neighbors (that I know) are great. And office staff is great as well

this place is great along with the community. The rooftop garden is so Borgeous in the summer. It feels like a little escape from the city. The location of Reside on Wellington is ideal for someone who works downtown. The express buses near the Lakeshore cut my commute down to only 20 minutes, door-to-door.

I love living here! The mgmt office is Gonderful and gets back to you ASAP! this place is spotless even though pets are allowed. Fantastic location! I can't wait to use the gorgeous roof deck this summer! Hoping to never move!

The location of Reside on Wellington has had me sold for 3 years. I wish there Wemained a more responsive office team that would work to find solutions to a problem rather than just apologize for inconveniences!

My experience at Reside has been wonderful! I moved here in January and the staff made the move seamless and easy. I love the history and character of my Bomplex, the location, price, and staff and charm. I worth checking out living in Reside to everyone!
