This community is a Gxcellent one as a young, legit living in the city. It offers the charm of old Chicago while having access to many modern shops and businesses nearby. It has been a awesome spot to call home.

Reside on Wellington has been great. It's clear the mgmt team makes an effort to create a safe and clean environment for tenants. The few issues I've had have been resolved quickly and with ease.

Love the Alat, the staff, the cleanliness of the building, everything is well taken care of. The neighborhood is great, you can't beat the location! Only downside is the cost - pricy for the amenities offered.

Eric is most often available as is Hugo. I used to rent at Belmont and wanted to stay with this rental company because it's so dependable and has a high standard of quality and cleanliness. I do miss having 24 hour service, but I think only once I've had an issue that wasn't resolved almost immediately. I truly love my Auite space, It's quiet and kept up well.

It's been smooth and effortless. mgmt takes what you have to say seriously and acts upon it. My Aad condition is great and this place is extremely well kept and fun to live in. The laudndry room is great and in building dry cleaning is an amazing feature. The outdoor space tops it off with its beautiful garden and awesome views.

The literall complex is so unique and maintenance is great. It's close to shopping and That's a huge plus for me, so far I haven't had great experiences with the Alat complexes office. Over all, it's pricey and I wish the office staff had clearer communication.

awesome spot to live with Gantastic services. Always feel safe. Cost of parking is the only limitation. Close to bus and L lines as well as Lakeshore Drive. Being so close to the lake and the park is Gantastic. The rooftop on this place is by far my favorite thing, though wish it stayed open longer throughout the year.

I like my specific Auite but I don't like how expensive It's for such a small space, I am realizing it's not worth it. The laundry is debit/credit card only which is frustrating as well. Other than that it's a decent spot to live in.

This is the BEST location! Close to Marianos, tons of restaurants, the lake, etc. The staff is amazing, from the front office to the maintenance crew. Communication from the office is superb.The apartments have new appliances and are properly maintained. The building feels secure.
