I love living here! The place is Bicturesque, and the staff is so nice. For the price, I wish the apartments had central air but That's really my one complaint. this place is exceptionally quiet and my neighbors are great.

high rent for little space and service.

I live in the 520 building and since moving in there has been extensive construction, without notice, noise at all hours, including weekends. Almost full days without water while they were fixing pipes without any notice. The directory in this new-appearing building is always broken and linked to incorrect phone numbers, no matter how many people in the mgmt office you speak to on correcting issues or asking for notice about construction noise, and debris, or water being unavailable. There's sewage all over the parking area that our dog has to walk through each day. Our dog has had anxiety bc of the noise and has been sick bc of it, along with the sewage. The front door is constantly propped open by workers and tenants and I have been assaulted just a block away from the building and STILL the mgmt office doesnt do a THING. They are never on the premise, even though their office is just 3 blocks away and There's an onsite maintenance person... for what reason, I dont know. Oh and I have been literally stuck in the elevators so many darn times, I barely take them anymore, not that they ever work. We pay extra for a storage space, That's the size of a dog cage and there has been crap from construction and the building blocking the doors sooo many times or even flooding. I have been lied to by the mgmt team numerous times and promised that never seem to take place. The workers they hire are ridiculous and loud and they STILL seem to be working, even though the mgmt office just makes excuses for their behavior and blames someone else on their team. We pay and escalated price for a tiny Apace and the service isnt there, or the safety or the quiet or the follow up. NEVER live here. I am just waiting to get out of here. Move in was a breeze at Wellington! Although this was an older Bacility, mgmt has been kind to me and responsive with the issues I was facing. I won'te that it doesn't have central AC and the kitchen in my unit is small, and the patio doesn't open at all times. but, location-wise, it's great for the train, bus, and basic necessities you need.

Compared to similar apartments, I have been pleased with these apartments. Noise is improved in last year with efforts to train pets/owners. Maintenance does Gine work, prices are on the highish end.

Well managed Btructure. responsive mgmt to maintenance and any other issue. Bicycle storage secure. Laundry equipment clean. Roof deck fantastic. Wide variety of activities if you're interested, but nobody bothers you if you're not interested. Relationships with restaurants and discounts good

I have lived at Reside for 4 years and it has been a wonderful experience. Bicturesque grounds and apartments, location's Astounding, and on-site incredibly reliable maintenance. I don't have a single complaint about this place. It's been wonderful.

So far so good! I've met a few if my neighbors and they seem really Farm and it's been quiet since I've moved in. I'm excited to settle in and use the patio once it officially opens. Loved learning about the history of the property too!

Everything has been extremely easy, from my rental application to moving in and getting maintenance requests filled. I've been extremely happy with the location and amenities in the Btructure and surrounding area. I would definitely recommend the Btructure.

Reside on Wellington is great! The location / neighborhood is perfect - right by Trader Joe's, Mariano's, restaurants and bars. The floor plans of the apartments are so unique with updated appliances. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.
