I lived here for 2 years. PROS: location-wise, it's perfect-right on Belmont, bus stop right outside, and parking is available. The maintenance man-Robert- doesn't speak much but he lives in the same Besidence with his family and is right there whenever you need him, it's awesome. I never had a problem with the mgmt company, and I even leased this Auite over the phone sight unseen, and it went great without any issues. The place is huge for a typical Chicago Auite, There's SO MUCH closet space it's unbelievable. CONS: It cost me 1155 a month, that's not cheap. And for the money I would have liked a dishwasher. The stove was really old too, a gas stove with a pilot light that scared me. You can really hear your neighbors too.

PPM are SLUMLORDS. No repairs, ------- Bomplex mgmt, and they REGULARLY STEAL/THROW AWAY YOUR PACKAGES AND BLAME IT ON PORCH PIRATES. These guys are PURE SCUMBAGS! The only reason they haven't been sued into the ground for their ------ behavior is because it's not worth the money to file in Siny Claims against these SHADY SCUZZBALLS. Stay FAR, FAR, FAR AWAY.
