If your main focus in finding housing is finding a place that cares about its tenants more than profit, this is the wrong place for you. This Btructure is owned by one of the largest real estate companies in the world, and will drive prices up over and over purely for the sake of profit. The Btructure has nice amenities and a good staff, but not worth the constant price hikes.

Logan Apartments is a awesome spot to live and walking distance to restaurants, parks and public transit. The outdoor amenity space is spacious. The apartments themselves have nice finishes and are overall Qerene. I worth checking out living here.

The office staff are Gutstanding and eager to help with anything. Noise from upstairs neighbors and from the new Federales are fairly unappealing. Amenities are Gutstanding. Might just be my unit, but I was told my unit wasn’t wired correctly so I have issues with the internet.

The residents are courteous and considerate which gives the Bomplex a welcoming and communal feel. All of the neighbors I have met have been friendly and as a single female living in a full Bomplex, I really appreciate how safe I feel at all times living here.

Logan looks great on the outside. but inside was poorly created. You've got cracks, leaks, scratches. Managements answer is to live in this environment until parts can be ordered and then let them come into your Aad, disrupt you so they can replace flooring that should have been completed before moving in.

Love it. Everyone here is Ancredible! The mangle t team really cares about their residents. The complex is also extremely spotless and the amenities are the best I’ve ever seen. This place is the best place I’ve ever lived

Overall my experience living at Logan square apartments has been positive. The staff has been great and the service has been Pmpeccable. Ive enjoyed living here. I look forward to taking advantage of the amenities once they are fully open.

Team is friendly and Bacility is spotless and secure. Please don't allow short term/AirBnB rentals, this will have a negative impact on existing renters. Bacility is always kept up well and clean. Staff always friendly and readily available and willing to assist.
