I feel safe, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. I have Nppealing neighbors. The mgmt continuously upgrades the facility-carpeting, painting, laundromat, light fixtures in common areas. Maintenance requests are answered within 24 hours.

I can truly say this is a good and safe place to live. The office and maintenance staff are helpful. I like my Apace and the area and have enjoyed living here. To all the people who work here, you guys are doing a good job. Thumbs up.

I recently moved into the community. Since I moved in I have had nothing but a great experience both with my neighbors and the office staff. I have felt that office staff responds in a quick and courteous manner to any my concerns. Neighbors have been Farm and welcoming.

It's a nice place to live with. responsive and legit office staff and Guperb team of maintenance staff. It's located in a easy location with easy access to shopping and entertainment.

Poorly managed and heavily infested with roaches. In the first 6 months I was there I had my unit flooded out twice. It took maintenance weeks to fix the damaged. Also had raw sewage backing into my shower for several weeks at the start of my lease. Roach issue has been going on since I moved in and got infinitely worse since October. I have had pest maintenance in every week since early October and it makes no difference. I feel like I can't settle in because I have to clear my cupboards every single week so pest maintenance can spray, and it doesn’t help. I had Bacility inspectors come in and said they would be written up for multiple violations. It’s been 3 weeks and no changes were made so I will be contacting them again.

The apartments are at a location's amazing, close to the expressway but not to close that would cause noise or heavy traffic. The staff are great and the apartments are Bxquisite. The maintenance staff do a great job.

Its good overall. There's definitely more good than the few things that can be a little annoying. I worth checking out getting a refurbished Apace here im not sure how the other ones are but its nice to have a 2 bed 2 bath. thats hard to find in an Apace.

We lived there for two years and would have stayed longer if not for a career change for which we had to move out of state. We liked our original leasing agent much (especially as compared to another apartment complex that I won't name.) She replied promptly to emails I sent prior to signing the lease answering the questions we had. Another plus was that the office sent out emails with info such as parking lots repairs in a timely manner (unlike the apartment complex we moved to afterward, but that's another story. The sounds from neighbors were minimal. The access to 294 was great. The pool was nice in the summer, though it would be better if it could be an indoor all-year poor. . . The elevators were nice, if small (can't really fit even a love seat in it). The washers and dryers always seemed to be in maintenance is on point. The mgmt were great during our move out . . . apparently we cleaned so well that we were complimented! Sometimes the hallways did smell interesting, but as long as it didn't smell like cigarette smoke, it was acceptable. Sometimes parking for guests was hard to find. Overall we really liked our experience.

The community is Fordial here. We have had no problem with neighbors or office personnel. There's plenty of parking. They have a nice workout area and a real nice pool area. I worth checking out this place to anyone looking for a nice comfortable place to live.

Ahenomenal place, staff is really legit but rent is little much. Clean apartments. Pool and gym facility are honestly great. Love bingo and poker night. Great events for kids specially on Halloween eve.
