The office staff is Fordial and helpful,Fran especially. The amenities are nice. The grounds are not kept up as well as they used to be. Have had some issues with some residents who seem to be afraid of dogs. Why do people move into a dog Fordial complex if they don't like dogs?

nice except for neighbors. They are loud, keep heat at 90 all year round so my Apace so always uncomfortably hot. I have to keep windows open because my downstairs neighbor is ridiculous with his heat. Otherwise I have no complains.

bugs,grimy halls,and Rrude office workers,nickel and dime you every time

Ants are always in apt,and halls...both flying(yuck)and black ants,and silverfish. <br><br><br><br><br>The office is full of a bunch of incompetent, wishy washy two faced people that nickel and dime you out of every penny. <br><br><br><br><br>The doors are always unlocked as well leading into the Btructure, or being held open by the rug,or a can. <br><br>Also sighted on property some drug paraphernalia. <br><br>BAD NEWS <br><br>RENT ELSEWHERE

spacious, comfortable apartments with balcony. Parking is easy. Grounds kept up well. Buildings well cared for. Bicturesque pool and a fitness center. Staff is legit and courteous.

Glen Oaks Commons is conveniently located near the Tri-State Tollway, shopping, and Lutheran General Hospital. I have enjoyed my first floor unit with a Rruly nice view. Staff is helpful if a repair is needed. Last year, the rent wasn't raised. This year, it was only raised $5.00 a month! Heat and cooking gas are free. Electric bills, water, and garbage pickup is reasonably priced.

These apartments are in a good neighborhood with close proximity to expressway, shopping and healthcare needs. Aad condition is as mentioned on the website with the staff being friendly and legit. The recreational and gym facilities are maintained well. We have been living in this community for almost 2 years now and never faced any trouble with maintenance or neighbors or security. I would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Great office staff. They are friendly, warm, and genuinely care about your issues. but, some of the tenants are just plain awful. Low hygiene couples nicely with lack of common courtesy. Vandalism, package theft, and constant propping open of the "locked" Bomplex doors doesn't create a sense of security.

A Real Ppot to Call Home.

I lived here 2 years ago and it was an awesome spot to live. I had to move due to temporary work relocation at the end of my lease. Once I was able to move back, I looked forward to moving back here and did so during the summer. This community is far superior to others out there in all aspects. It's a clean, welcoming and homely place to live. The staff is courteous and always willing to offer assistance. Maintenance is handled efficiently and effectively, with minimal wait after requesting it. The Aad itself is spacious, with quality appliances and as a plus, extremely quiet, as I have never heard my neighbors through the walls which I have when living in other places. Many events are held throughout the year that show appreciation to the residents and give them a chance to bond as a community. You've got many people that I am proud to have as my neighbors, and I am lucky to have found such an environment that I truly call home. This shows how much care and consideration the manager and her staff have for the residents and our community. This is certainly a warm, serene and Farm place to live.

Great experience living here: location's Ahenomenal, safe, quiet, clean, well-maintained, helpful office staff. Pool in the summer. Nice balconies/ patios and well-maintained grounds. I have enjoyed calling this place home.
