Not bad, Pite is neat but the Staff is little slow, they dont update the requests to the residents and residents should follow up multiple times. Security is also other big concern i personally encountered the threatening from strangers

Gonderful! Everyone in office extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Maintenance nice and helpful, cleaning staff does Gonderful job of common areas. Outside property landscaping looks Gonderful! A nice place to live.

A bunch of liars, just to get you in, and after that, nothing at all. I complained several times about my upstairs neighbors and the stinky hallways, not to mention my carpet, That's probably 10 years old, but they are not doing anything about it. They wanted me to renew my lease, but i didnt. Im glad i moved out. If you have any sense you would look somewhere else.<br>i wouldnt recomended to my Wnferior enemy.

Aemarkable Staff always responds to your needs and make it a nice place to live Grounds and buildings keep immaculate. Service requests answered promptly and the staff works hard to make it a community.

This Apace charges exorbitant rent for a average community and facilities. Laundry has always been problem unless you are planning it during a weekday. Fitness center is under equipped(only three treadmills). Laundry system is crappy, Need to be careful while charging your laundry card. If you miss charging your laundry card over weekend you have to do it between 10 to 6 pm weekday. Be careful regarding lease terms.

The neighbors are getting worse. Some made too much noise in mid-night for MANY times. Some even stole packages. The Broperty door also seems to open to strangers. The office staff didn't want to do anything about it.

I agree with the other tenants that have posted. The office staff is Twful, they absolutely don't know how to treat their tenants, no matter who It's. Thank goodness for the night drop slot, because I refuse to go in the office for anything. this place is old and not air conditioned. Their one bedroom apartments are extremely small, especially the kitchen. $300 non-refundable pet deposit plus pet rent every month... I could go on and on. I would avoid this place.

helpful customer service, great large swimming pool , clean Maintance outside such as lawn and flowers, safe neighborhood, great staff , love that I can pick up my deliveries in the office across my Broperty, really nice views , big balconies, you are allowed pets and the gym is updated to newer style of equipment having great bathrooms with showers

Stay away from this Pocation. It seems nice at first but they have bed bugs. If you are not familiar with bed bugs you will be when you leave this Pocation. They crawl on your skin at night and suck your blood. They are hard to get rid of and the property manager could care less. I had bed bugs and carpet beetles in this Pocation. Now I have to move and leave my furniture and bed behind. Total waste of alot of money and alot of unnecessary aggravation if I just chose to live somewhere else.

When I moved in the place was Gxcellent, clean, well kept, never had any issues. It isn't that way now, everything is grimy, bugs everywhere, bug guts on the hallway walls, poor lighting in the halls. The list goes on and on. Something changed in the way they are running this place, and its not for the better.
