This building has the worst management ever, initially when I moved to this building, I submitted a few checks for moving costs and other expenses to the building management. While submitting I asked if they can give me a receipt as a reference for submitted it, but the building management denied providing that. After a month, they started sending emails to my owner that I just submitted one check and wrote a couple of emails to put all blame on me. I was shocked as they asked me to show proof of my submission in my bank statement, but, in the bank statement it shows up only when the check is deposited for money withdrawal. Finally, the building management found out the check somewhere in their office only. Secondly, I don't know what problem does the building management has in replying to the emails even at the time of COVID when the office is closed. I have requested Karie a couple of times if she can please add me to the email list so that I will get building updates on security and water issues, but she never replies. Today, when I woke up, we have no water supply, due to some plumbing repair is going on in the building. I again sent an email to Karie on why she is not adding me to the email list, but no reply as always. For 7 months she kept sending such building updates to the owners, now she sends to my husband's email address, which he does not check. That is the reason why I kept asking her to add me to the email list. In my last apartment, we had all our email set up done on Day 1 on moving during orientation, I never had to take any efforts to ask management on this, they asked me the right email address and sent an update on that email address, and this is my 9th month in this apartment and I am still struggling to get the email updates. Lastly, the mailroom service is worst in this building, she changes office time as per her wish without any email notification or any notice. You will have to go down and read the notice board on her door. Also, carelessly she says that there is no courier for you. Three times, I have raised a complaint on Amazon that there is nothing in the mailbox. Later, when I started checking the boxes by myself, I found all couriers were in the mailroom only. This building has the worst management ever, I don't recommend this building at all.
