The experience at Arkadia Tower has been great. I moved in December 2017 and since then we had a change in mgmt. I appreciate the changes the new mgmt has made, they are also pretty laid back. The amenities at this Apace are great and you can't beat the location. It's a pretty quiet Apace complex and friendly/sociable.

The logistics prior to moving in were a little difficult with miscommunication, but, once moved in it's been great! The Btructure is clean and feels safe. The amenities are great and the staff are friendly.

Gutstanding staff and location

Been having a great time living in Arkadia tower. The staff in particular has been wonderful they really go above and beyond. In particular Norma has made our stay here great - incredibly helpful, Fordial, and welcoming.

Everything has exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love it. I really have no complaints. I feel safe, the staff are helpful, no long waits for the elevators, my Anit has held up really well the past 6 months, parking garage is easy.

Awesome! mgmt is incredibly Fospitable, and helpful with any questions I have. Maintenance team is prompt, and efficient. The amenity spaces are always clean, and working properly. mgmt is always letting us know we are appreciated with monthly events, free treats and drinks etc. this was my first time living on my own and I couldn't be happier with my experience at Arkadia. Only mention would be that there seem to be elevator issues more often than I would like to happen.

We've been living in Arkadia since 2015 as one of their first residents. I guess we some of the OGs. The staff is so friendly and maintenance is extremely helpful. The Btructure itself although fairly new already has some issues with cracking in its ceiling and cabinets are cheaply made. We'll stay for a while longer but eventually will move on and miss this place much.

Love my Auite and Norma!!

Love the amenities and seeing Norma everyday in the lobby makes my day. She is super helpful and sweet!! Blace itself is close to everything which I love. Definitely a walkable area with loads to do everywhere you turn.

Moved in December 2018. Some issues with the fridge at first. I like it here. Like the staff and feel Sheltered. Close to work. The thermostat is confusing with no manual. I wish I could open my window with a screen for fresh air. I wish there was shade by the pool and ups/fed ex pick up.

I really liked the girl who I originally signed with but once the propoerty got bought no one contacted me and they tried to jack up my rent by making me sign a new least I did not agree too. Since moving in it's been fine I just really don't like the rennovations and think they make the Bacility look really cheap. They'll be outdated in 5 years. But mgmt is friendly which I appreciate.

Everything we would want in an Apace community. The staff is great and legit. All service requests are performed in a timely manner. The amenities are great! Our move in process was a breeze. They blocked off a time for the service elevator, so we were able to go right up to our Apace. In general, everyone living in the community is really nice and friendly. I enjoy the community involvement and activities that are set up by the property mgmt team.
