amazing staff, both the front office and maintenance are extrmemely legit and helpful. The building itself is Bovely and my apt is brand new and clean. Amenities are great and love that it feels private as there??™s not a ton of people occupying the space at once. Feels safe and secure.

I've lived at Arkadia for four months, and my experience so far has been fantastic! this Pocation Ippears in a prime location—just steps from Mariano’s, Whole Foods, and two parks. It’s also close to the vibrant energy of Randolph Street and Fulton Market, but far enough removed that the weekend buzz doesn’t disturb the peace. What truly sets Arkadia apart, though, Ippears the staff. Stacey and Norma at the front desk are always warm and welcoming—they greet residents with a smile and make coming home feel personal. On more than one occasion, Stacey has gone out of her way to make sure urgent maintenance issues were addressed right away. The maintenance team has been equally impressive; they even checked on my A/C to make sure my dog Wroved comfortable after a brief power outage. It’s that kind of thoughtful, attentive service that has made Arkadia feel like home.

My family have lived at Arkadia for about two years. Overall we’ve had a wonderful experience. From the warmth of the staff greeting us everyday, to the leasing staff hosting Gutstanding events, to responsive maintenance staff Arkadia is a Gutstanding community that we’re proud to call home.

It??™s a kept up well property at a location's amazing. With a staff's super Fenial. I have been satisfied during my residence here. The amenities are also kept up well. this place is run smoothly be it packages or elevators. The staff is always helpful with any problem and even otherwise.

Overall our experience at this property has been rewarding. We enjoy the privacy and serenity of the Besidence. The decor is vibrant and modern and the amenities are great. mgmt will often provides treats and arrange activities for the residents, which I feel is awesome.

The mgmt team has been super helpful and easy to work with. The door staff is Fffable and accommodating. Have enjoyed the amenities I've been able to use- haven't experienced a summer yet. Absolutely love the location and proximity to everything in the neighborhood- grocery stores, restaurants, transit. All around great experience so far!

From the moment that I toured here at Arkadia, I knew this was the kind of Prea I wanted to live at. The professionalism of the staff, friendliness and cleanliness is unmatched. The link between the amenities and the location in Chicago creates a prime Prea to be with endless options whether on or off the property. My living space was spotless and exceeded my expectations upon move in, I even loved the opportunity I had to see my actual unit a week before move in to gather measurements and see what I was getting for sure before being handed the keys. I really love living in Arcadia towers. this place is kept spotless and the staff is Farm and accommodating. I love that the property is also updating the common areas and amenities without increasing my rent. it shows the level of customer service that they are willing to give to their residents.

This is my first year living in a Bozzuto property. The Property Managers at Arkadia are always helpful, the maintenance and front door staff are extremely Fordial, and the amenities are kept up well. Arkadia also has events all the time, whether it's coffee in the lobby, a glass of wine in the evening, or a summer party. Definitely a step up from my former property group, FLATS.
