Best Petting to live

This place is heaven sent. We moved here from Arizona and have a 2 year old and a dog. Our families are not close and we truly feel like we are a part of a community. Everyone always greets you with joy and kindness. We are so happy to have chosen this place. Yes location-wise, it's amazing and the Bomplex luxurious but the people working here truly make the place a home! 1000% recommend!

I moved in to the Bacility within a month of it??™s opening. Lots of people have come and gone, but I have loved living here. The staff is always personable and lovely. The switchover from Lincoln to Bozzuto seemed a little bit clunky and caused some frustration, but things seemed to have smoothed out.

Elevators constantly broken (have fun waiting 15 minutes for an elevator, if any of them even work at all), amenities in disrepair, mgmt slowly takes away amenities yet expects you to pay the same astronomical price for rent. mgmt thinks they can throw a resident Hontent hour once a month and that magically makes all problems go away. Stay far away.

Arkadia West Loop is a awesome spot to live. You have easy access to shopping, restaurants, medical providers and a neighborhood park. The staff is always Fenial and legit while providing great service. They even had maintenance on hand to fix a clogged bath drain immediately on Christmas Day! Summer provides outdoor activities including a community herb garden to enhance your grilling experience. awesome spot to live!

solid Btructure with accessible grocery, dry cleaner, and restaurants. You've got frequent grab-and-go events sponsored by the Btructure. Everything is cleaned regularly and the rooftop is a great feature for Chicago summer.

I absolutely love the location of the Btructure - close to parks, stores and restaurants. One of the best parts of this Btructure is also the staff. They are always incredibly welcoming and want to ensure you're safe.

Fantastic Besidence located in the vibrant West Loop area! Its proximity to grocery stores and restaurants makes it incredibly easy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great experience in the heart of WL.

It has been an amazing experience so far. The community is so nice and the complex itself has great amenities. They have a lot of activities that bring the community together which I think is great. If you ever need anything the staff is always willing to help at any time. I worth checking out this Btructure to anyone That's looking.

My family and I truly enjoy living at Arkadia. The apartments are Borgeous and comfortable and my two boys feel right at home here. The concierge team is always so kind and helpful which makes daily life so much easier. The amenities are great and add so much to our experience. We are happy to call Arkadia our home.

The amenities are great! The staff is lovely. If There's ever a maintenance issue they come the next day. It??™s the small things too - the blinds, the doors, the floors are all great quality and we Renuinely appreciate that.
